I am proud to belong to a nation which has sheltered the persecuted and the refugees of all religions and all nations of the earth. I am proud to tell you that we have gathered in our bosom the purest remnant of the Israelites who came to Southern India and took refuge with us in very year in which their holy temple was shattered to pieces by Roman tyranny. Many service companies,export companies and product companies work in India.They deliver their services in the schedule time within the cost mentioned,with zero defects and the effort estimation is precise.Why can’t the government learn from them and be precise in their delivery of services with zero defects?

The following checklist has to be provided to each Village.If the Government has fullfilled the criteria mentioned below then it is liable as a contestant for elections.Quality control Auditors of  each village will check the quality of delivery by the government,The mantra is 100% quality delivery of services to villages by the Government.They have every right to pressurize the government.The government has to define timeframe,effort estimation and delivery.Is India really shining?Is the Congress”Garibi Hatao” drama effective?The people of the village has to check from the checklist below if the delivery is done and on the exact time frame as promised.

1.Flood control measures if the village has yearly floods.The flood water can be stored by making tanks parallel to the river and the water can be used for irrigation purposes.

2.Biogas system to be installed in every house to minimize the carbon monoxide by wood fuel.Please check the video below.

3.Free and compulsory basic schooling,Agriculture college,Genetic engineering college,Schools giving diploma in classical music,painting,traditional handicrafts,fashion designing,carpentry,metalurgy,sculptures,gardening technology,linguistics(english,sanskrit and local language),small scale industry,bird houses,Animal keeping,Ayurveda and construction of eco friendly houses.Availability of internet and television.

4.Pension scheme for all farmers and workers.

5.Irrigation water facility all year around by making canals,tube wells and artificial water resources.

6.Availability of high quality seed and fertilizers for free.

7.Fashion in India comes from the Villages.Encouragement of dress making,embroideries,painting etc.

6.Availability of good and free hospitals with sufficient beds.

7.Availability of Vetenary doctors for animals.

8.Ambulance vehicles in each village which uses solar energy.Preferably Reva.

9.Government run community centre for weekly meetings,sale of goods,speeches,internet,television,restaurant,marriages and cultural performances.

10.Education on removal of hereditary caste system which is not a part of our religion.Caste/Character can only be known through horoscope and one has to rise in character(caste) to become a Brahmin(egoless,desireless,saint).Playing caste politics is degradation of society and administration.

11.Granaries for storage and protection of food grains.

12.Strict measures on Animal rights abuse.

13.Strict measures on women and children rights abuse.

14.Encouragement of people through annual awards and stipends.Annual awards for new innovations.

15.Easy loan and efficient banking system.

16.Ban on alcoholic drinks.Lot of people in rural India is affected by over drinking.

17.Village tourism appeals to all.A good display of culture,art,food,music,clothes and an eco friendly setup for tourist.

18.Conservation of forest and forest resources.

19.Eco friendly toilets and stress on hygene and cleanliness.Video below.

20.Rain water harvesting facilities.

21.Lighting of streets using solar energy,human waste,kitchen waste,cow dung and  also wind mills.

22.Availability of free high quality food in all schools which has already been done by the Government.

23.Healthy and hygenic creche for children of working parents.

24.Free library for all.

25.Educating masses by distribution of pamplets,vocational trainings,CDs and documentary movies.

26.Education of politicians and political workers with a sound curriculum program developed by BJP IT cell.Only certified politicians can opt for post in BJP.The program will contain personality development,leadership quality,time estimation,cost estimation,effort estimation,productivity,goals,risk analysis,interaction with public by use of websites,demand and supply of public services.The details of all public work,cost,effort and schedule for delivery to be updated on BJP website.A course on Kriya Yoga will also enable the politicians to have a positive approach towards life and work.

28.Social upliftment and education programs to be taken up by multi-national companies.Each companies identifies a village and conduct training programs.

29.The National Rural Employment Gurantee Act is a remarkable step in guaranteeing employment to villagers as in off season they are unemployed as they do not have to work in the farms. If NREGA kind of sachems give them employment during the non-farming seasons they will earn more. NREGA has to be properly monitored  and a transparency needs to be maintained so that fund are used for the right cause.

30.Loud speakers playing loud cacofonix disturb the environment and results in sound pollution.Permission to use loud speakers should be taken when it is urgent and that too in remote grounds.

PENSION PLAN FOR FARMERS.

Since crops fail and most farmers are poor.The Pension plan will be based on depositing money to the pension office when money is available with the farmers.The money with interest will be returned back to them as pension after retirement.A percentage will go for medicare and the rest to support old age.

BBMP plan for Bangalore

1.Identify roles and responsibilities

2.Area wise update on common BJP website along with the effort,cost,schedule and completion of the work undertaken.

3.The roads are made and dug incessently for laying pipes and by phone companies.They do not bother to re-construct the roads nor put warning signals.The pits are not covered and lead to stuck cars and accidents.Making a cemented drain only for pipes and phone wiring and covering it with cemented/stone slabs is a permanent solution.This will save cost of re-building roads.

4.The roads do not have rain water harvesting facility.The entire  nation is  going through water shortage.

5.Fountains for free flowing water for birds.Birds are dying.Citizens would love to give bird feed but what about water?I will put a picture of fountain surrounded by a dry rim where people can put feeds.

6.The streets are not lit.Solar street lamps will solve this issue.

7.Cauvery water availability crisis.Most people buy water inspite of having a huge river.

8.Water treatment plants on lakes and regular cleaning is required.Most of the lakes are maintained properly.Hebbal lake needs attention.I am not sure if it comes under BBMP.

9.Recycle plans for household waste.BBMP should provide three dusbins in each locality.One for bottles and plastic waste,Second for paper waste and third for kitchen waste.Kitchen waste make good fertilizer,paper waste can be recycled for making cartons,plastic and glass bottle can again be re-cycled.Many companies would want to buy them at cheap cost.There should be strict  fine of Rs 250 for those who throw garbage outside the garbage box.

10.Illegal tea shops,snacks thelas,cigerette shop,coconut water thela,vegetable thelas etc should be provided space by building a platform high above the road with four pillers and a stair case.Each shop can be rented at a low cost so that the poor salesman can make money and the rent can cover the expenditure/maintainence.Preferably made of wood,Bamboo or iron.The shop should be portable and can be dismantled when it is re-located.They should have a beautiful traditional designer look with solar lights.They will not obstruct the passage space and also avoid congestion.Most of the places in Bangalore do not allow illegal business but we should think about the poor people.I will design picture of the setup.Some of these small scale business person has become enterpreneurs in North India and now hold big businesses.

11.BBMP can also provide seeds and plants to schools and apartments where children can plant trees across roads.Schools will be more than happy doing this work.

12.BBMP should check each shop,apartment and areas for garbage disposal facility.

13.Each area should have water proof buletin board with latest update,plans,schedules,effort,contact number,name of politician,helplines etc for public.
