Kshatriya level of spiritual realization
When a Yogi/Yogini in Shudra Dharma and Vaishya Dharma has all their materialistic desires fulfilled by God/Soul,he/she naturally moves into Kshatriya Dharma.Through Bhoga (enjoyment and fulfillment of materialistic desires) Yoga will come in time.Yoga means union of Soul and Spirit. One cannot force oneself to assume that he/she is Kshatriya if materialistic desires exists.Kshatriya only has desire to stand up for humanity with no personal desires. In today’s world Kshatriya level of realization has faced distortion because of false pride that comes from the level of spirituality the ancestors reached or some feel good to call themselves Kshatriya. But how long can you fool the world,God and yourself in spirituality? How long can women depend on fake Kshatriya when they themselves can easily rise to this level?
There is no hereditary caste in Hinduism, the earlier you get rid of that debris from your mind, the better it is for you.

Be strong! … You talk of ghosts and devils. We are the living devils. The sign of life is strength and growth. The sign of death is weakness. Whatever is weak, avoid! It is death. If it is strength, go down into hell and get hold of it! There is salvation only for the brave. “None but the brave deserves the fair.” None but the bravest deserves salvation~Vivekananda
Freedom can never be reached by the weak. Throw away all weakness. Tell your body that it is strong, tell your mind that it is strong, and have unbounded faith and hope in yourself~Vivekananda

Those who have difficulty in meditation,Watch a clear picture of only one God or Goddess you love.Let thoughts come and go.Within few months you will become a good meditator. The process of Pranayama is as follows: Close the right nostril with the thumb and then slowly inhale through the left nostril, repeating the word “Om” four times.
Then firmly close both nostrils by placing the forefinger on the left one and hold the breath in, mentally repeating “Om” eight times.
Then, removing the thumb from the right nostril, exhale slowly through that, repeating “Om” four times.
As you close the exhalation, draw in the abdomen forcibly to expel all the air from the lungs. Then slowly inhale through the right nostril, keeping the left one closed, repeating “Om” four times. Next close the right nostril with the thumb and hold the breath while repeating “Om” eight times. Then unclose the left nostril and slowly exhale, repeating “Om” four times, drawing in the abdomen as before. Repeat this whole operation twice at each sitting, that is, making four Pranayamas, two for each nostril. Before taking your seat it is well to begin with prayer.
This needs to be practiced a week; then gradually increase the duration of breathing, keeping the same ratio, that is, if you repeat “Om” six times at inhalation, then do the same at exhalation and twelve times during Kumbhaka. These exercises will make us more spiritual, more pure, more holy. Do not be led aside into any byways or seek after power. Love is the only power that stays by us and increases.
The disciple must have great power of endurance. Bear all evil and misery without one thought of unhappiness, resistance, remedy, or retaliation. That is true endurance, and that you must acquire Vivekananda

MARSHALL ART FOR WOMEN OF INDIA
From the actions and the good, active, or evil qualities of man arise the four natural castes: spiritual (Intelligence, or Brahmins), ruling and protecting (Energy, or Kshatriyas), organizing or business cultivating (Orderly Law, or Vaishyas), and labor (Motion, or Sudras). There can be a rise in man based on spirituality or he can also fall from heights of spirituality.Since Case is based on ignorance burnt,so it is not constant but changing. The kings ultimately took Sanyasa or Shifted to Brahmin Dharma.
These four activities are the blueprint from which all races are made. (1) The intelligentsia, or wisdom-guided. They are the natural Brahmins who live close to God and reflect His Intelligence by discriminative thought and spiritual activity: (2) The energetic warriors and rulers. They are the natural Kshatriyas. The direct result of God’s Energy; they like to be active, to fight for a cause, to defend their country, to protect the defenseless and the weak. In every society, there are those who become evil and have to be checked by the idealistic strong. (3) The organizers. These are the business leaders. They are the natural Vaishyas. As an outgrowth of God’s orderly activity, they have an ability to organize the economic and labor structures of society: (4) The laboring class. They are the natural Sudras. They express the motion of God, without which the universal and social machinery would come to a halt.”
Gandhari(Power of Desires) through the Blind mind of the seeker (Dhritharastra ) gives birth to 100 sense inclination or Kauravas that needs to be killed via meditation.

Caste in its original conception was not a hereditary status, but a classification based on man’s natural capacities. In his evolution, man passes through four distinct grades, designated by ancient Hindu sages as Sudra,Vaisya, Kshatriya, and Brahmin. The Sudra is interested primarily in satisfying his bodily needs and desires. The Vaisya is ambitious for worldly gain as well as for satisfaction of the senses; he has more creative ability than the Sudra and seeks occupation wherever his mental energy finds fulfillment. The Kshatriya, having through many lives fulfilled the desires of the Sudra and Vaisya states, begins to seek the meaning of life; he tries to overcome his bad habits, to control his senses, and to do what is right. Kshatriyas by occupation are noble rulers, statesmen, warriors. The Brahmin has overcome his lower nature, has a natural affinity for spiritual pursuits, and is God-knowing, able therefore to teach and help liberate others.
It is weakness, says the Vedanta, which is the cause of all misery in this world. Weakness is the one cause of suffering. We become miserable because we are weak. We lie, steal, kill and commit other crimes, because we are weak. We die because we are weak. Where there is nothing to weaken us, there is no death nor sorrow. We are miserable through delusion. Give up the delusion and the whole thing vanishes.
Strength, strength for us. What we need is strength, who will give us strength? There are thousands to weaken us, and of stories we have had enough…..
What makes a man stand up and work? Strength. Strength is goodness, weakness is sin.
The only religion that ought to be taught, is the religion of fearlessness. Either in this world or in the world of religion, it is true that fear is the sure cause of degradation and sin. It is fear that brings misery, fear that brings death, fear that breeds evil. And what causes fear? Ignorance of our own nature.
Know that all sins and all evils can be summed up in that one word, weakness. It is weakness that is the motive power in all evil doing; it is weakness that makes men injure others; it is weakness that makes them manifest what they are not in reality. Let them know what they really are…..
Everything that can weaken us as a race we have had for the last thousand years. It seems as if during that period the national life had this one end in view, viz how to make us weaker and weaker, till we have become real earthworms, crawling at the feet of every one who dares to put his foot on us. Therefore my friends, as one of your blood, as one that lives and dies with you, let me tell you that we want strength, strength, and every time strength.
All the strength and succor you want is within yourselves. Therefore make your own future. “Let the dead past bury its dead.” The infinite future is before you.
Infinite strength is religion and God.
You are pure and perfect, and what you call sin does not belong to you”. Sins are low degrees of Self-manifestation; manifest your Self in a high degree.
Men are taught from childhood that they are weak and sinners. Teach them that they are all glorious children of immortality, even those who are the weakest in manifestation.
Let positive, strong, helpful thought enter into their brains from very childhood. Lay yourself open to these thoughts, and not to weakening and paralyzing ones.
I am responsible for my fate, I am the bringer of good unto myself, I am the bringer of evil. I am the Pure and Blessed One. We must reject all thoughts that assert to the contrary.
This is the only way to reach the goal, to tell ourselves, and to tell everybody else, that we are divine. And as we go on repeating this, strength comes. He who falters at first will get stronger and stronger, and the voice will increase in volume until the truth takes possession of our hearts, and courses through our veins, and permeates our bodies.
Blame none for your own faults, stand upon your own feet, and take the whole responsibility upon yourselves. Say, “This misery that I am suffering is of my own doing, and that very thing proves that it will have to be undone by me alone.”
The remedy for weakness is not brooding over weakness, but thinking of strength…
And what causes fear? Ignorance of our own nature.
Take off the veil of hypnotism which you have cast upon the world, send not out thoughts and words of weakness unto humanity.
Don’t look back—forward, infinite energy, infinite enthusiasm, infinite daring, and infinite patience—then alone can great deeds be accomplished.
This is the first lesson to learn: be determined not to curse anything outside, not to lay the blame upon anyone outside, but stand up, lay the blame on yourself. You will find that is always true. Get hold of yourself.
Face the brutes.” That is a lesson for all life—face the terrible, face it boldly. Like the monkeys, the hardships of life fall back when we cease to flee before them.
The whole secret of existence is to have no fear. Never fear what will become of you, depend on no one. Only the moment you reject all help are you free.
God is merciful to those whom He sees struggling heart and soul for realization. But remain idle, without any struggle, and you will see that His grace will never come.
