Hinduism is homogeneous and all the philosophies of Hinduism are interlinked.Different philosophies ,born out of one philosophy is prescribed  to people, based on the level of spirituality of the people. We will discuss that in the article. You can only know about it when you have studied the entire religion and not just in bits and pieces.Hence any sect of Hinduism marries any other sect. The country remained in darkness and lack of education for 800 years but time has come for a quick change.I am lucky to be born in this era rather than Satya Yuga.

Unless our temple authorities are upgraded,we cannot see the social change that we require.Temple authorities in villages can play a very important role in social change. We do not need more Temples in India but need human development and up-gradation of the current one.

Temple must announce about the donor and how the money has been utilized for the people.Details of the people who benefit from our donations.Children of priest must get free education from the Government.Anyone well versed in Hinduism must be allowed to become priest.

1. Eradication of hereditary Caste System from the society.Caste System or Varna System is based on meditation or prayers or Karma. There is no hereditary caste system as mentioned by Manu in Original Manusmriti not the British translated Manusmriti.

Manusmriti Original not British translation

2.Are the people in temples aware of true Hinduism?Do they understand the basic concept of Hinduism?

Knowledge exists eternally and is co-existent with God. The man who discovers a spiritual law is inspired, and what he brings is revelation; but revelation too is eternal, not to be crystallized as final and then blindly followed. The Hindus have been criticized so many years by their conquerors that they (the Hindus) dare to criticize their religion themselves, and this makes them free. Their foreign rulers struck off their fetters without knowing it. The most religious people on earth, the Hindus have actually no sense of blasphemy; to speak of holy things in any way is to them in itself a sanctification. Nor have they any artificial respect for prophets or books, or for hypocritical piety.~Swami Vivekananda

20.Public participation in temple activities.Hindu temple get the maximum donation from people in the form of cash, gold, diamonds worth in millions.Temple must take the responsibility to inform people what did they do with the donation.Government also collects tax in the form of huge economy only from Hindu temples and has so far done nothing for them.

21.Beggar rehabilitation program.Making low cost portable designer road  shops with the help of TATA nano home builders and skill development. Temple must help the beggars financially while they establish themselves.Indian volunteers can help the beggars in skill development.

22.Temple must collect new and old stuff to help poor masses.Temple must have a room dedicated to collecting books in perfect condition, children toys, bicycles, clean ironed perfect to wear old clothes, clean ironed old bed-sheets,pots,plants,old computers in working condition, old furniture’s,blankets, old utensils, old kitchen gadgets etc.The donors can fill a form and donate. The temple authorities can distribute them in village schools. The receiver can send a thank-you received  slip  to the donor. The art of giving new things or old things is to be taught by temple authority without forcing anyone.

23.Ironing clothes and underwear was ancient Indian method to get rid of any germs on clothes.People must take bath, wear neat ironed clothes to the temple.

24.God exists as Soul is every man, women and child.People must stand in queue reciting mantra in thoughts and not push anyone. Behaviors of people in Temple determines how temple authorities have trained them.

25.Educating masses in giving respect to women is the basic principal of Hinduism.

Are Men more intelligent than women or women more intelligent them men?The question itself makes no sense and only an unintelligent, superstitious man can think in such shallow direction.

The first hymn of Rig Veda is written by a woman and so is the conclusion of the Vedas(Vedanta) or Upanishad is also the contribution of women of India. While some men have very broad vision and some have shallow vision. The ignorance in some men relates to domination hence religion sometimes take ugly forms of suppression.

If you read the original Vedanta,it is not at all suppression to anyone.

Why is there so much disturbance, so much fighting and quarreling in the name of God? There has been more bloodshed in the name of God than for any other cause, because people never went to the fountain-head; they were content only to give a mental assent to the customs of their forefathers, and wanted others to do the same. What right has a man to say he has a soul if he does not feel it, or that there is a God if he does not see Him? If there is a God we must see Him, if there is a soul we must perceive it; otherwise it is better not to believe. It is better to be an outspoken atheist than a hypocrite..—-Swami Vivekananda

“What is intelligence? Is it a state far beyond the mind and its limits?” Yes. Intelligence is not of the mind; intelligence is one of the qualities of your being. But mind is being used as a vehicle for it; hence the confusion. People think intelligence is of the mind — it comes through the mind. Mind is the instrument for its expression. Mind itself is only a bio-computer. It has a memory system just as any computer has: you feed the memory system and the mind keeps the memory. But memory is not intelligence. Intelligence is the clear insight into things about which you don’t have any information. Memory can function only about those things which are known to you — but life consists of the known, of the unknown, and of the unknowable. As far as the known is concerned, memory is enough. That’s what all your universities and all your educational systems are doing: they are simply feeding your memory with more and more information, and whatever is known to your memory system, you will answer immediately. That answer does not prove that you are intelligent.Intelligence is known only when you encounter the Soul, about which you don’t have any memory, any knowledge, any information beforehand. When you encounter the Soul, that is the point which is decisive. How do you respond? You can respond intelligently or you can respond stupidly.

Is there a God who sends Prophets,Avtars etc….The answer is no….All religions are Human made…and the more you go closer to your real self or Soul or realize that you are the free soul….the more accurate method you can give…Veda means knowledge….Knowledge is infinite…Where is the Vedas or infinite  knowledge….In you….

Disciple: On the attainment of the absolute and transcendent Nirvikalpa Samadhi can none return to the world of duality through the consciousness of Egoism?

Vivekananda  Shri Ramakrishna used to say that the Avataras alone can descend to the ordinary plane from that state of Samadhi, for the good of the world. Ordinary Jivas do not; immersed in that state, they remain alive for a period of twenty — one days; after that, their body drops like a sere leaf from the tree of Samsara (world).

Disciple: When in Samadhi the mind is merged, and there remain no waves on the surface of consciousness, where then is the possibility of mental activity and returning to the world through the consciousness of Ego? When there is no mind, then who will descend from Samadhi to the relative plane, and by what means?

Vivekananda: The conclusion of the Vedanta is that when there is absolute samadhi and cessation of all modifications, there is no return from that state; as the Vedanta Aphorism says: “[(Sanskrit)]– there is non — return, from scriptural texts.” But the Avataras cherish a few desires for the good of the world. By taking hold of that thread, they come down from the super-conscious to the conscious state.

Disciple: But, sir, if one or two desires remain, how can that state be called the absolute, transcendent Samadhi? For the scriptures say that in that state all the modifications of the mind and all desires are stamped out.

Vivekananda: How then can there be projection of the universe after Mahapralaya (final dissolution)? At Maha — pralaya everything is merged in the Brahman(Soul). But even after that, one hears and reads of creation in the scriptures, that projection and contraction (of the universe) go on in wave forms. Like the fresh creation and dissolution of the universe after Mahapralaya, the super-conscious and conscious states of Avataras also stand to reason.

Disciple: If I argue that at the time of dissolution the seeds of further creation remain almost merged in Brahman(Soul), and that it is not absolute dissolution or Nirvikalpa Samadhi?

Vivekananda: Then I shall ask you to answer how the projection of the universe is possible from Brahman(soul) in which there is no shadow of any qualification — which is unaffected and unqualified

Disciple: Why, this is but a seeming projection. The reply to the question is given in the scriptures in this way, that the manifestation of creation from Brahman(Soul) is only an appearance like the mirage in the desert, but really there has been no creation or anything of the kind. This illusion is produced by Maya, which is the negation of the eternally existing Brahman(Soul), and hence unreal.

Vivekananda: If the creation is false, then you can also regard the Nirvikalpa Samadhi of Jiva and his return therefrom as seeming appearances. Jiva is Brahman(soul) by his nature. How can he have any experience of bondage? Your desire to realize the truth that you are Brahman(Soul) is also a hallucination in that case — for the scripture says, “You are already that.” Therefore, “[(Sanskrit)]– this is verily your bondage that you are practicing the attainment of Samadhi.”

Disciple: This is a great dilemma. If I am Brahman(Soul), why don’t I always realize it?

Vivekananda: In order to attain to that realization in the conscious plane, some instrumentality is required. The mind is that instrument in us. But it is a non — intelligent substance. It only appears to be intelligent through the light of the Atman(Soul) behind. Therefore the author of the Panchadashi (III.40) says: “[(Sanskrit)]– the Shakti appears to be intelligent by the reflection of the intelligence of the Atman(Soul).” Hence the mind also appears to us like an intelligent substance. Therefore it is certain that you won’t be able to know the Atman, the Essence of Intelligence, through the mind. You have to go beyond the mind — for only the Atman(Soul) exists there — there the object of knowledge becomes the same as the instrument of knowledge. The knower, knowledge, and the instrument of knowledge become one and the same.It is therefore that the Shruti says, “[(Sanskrit)]– through what are you to know the Eternal Subject?” The real fact is that there is a state beyond the conscious plane, where there is no duality of the knower, knowledge, and the instrument of knowledge etc. When the mind is merged, that state is perceived. I say it is “perceived,” because there is no other word to express that state. Language cannot express that state. Shankaracharya has styled it “Transcendent Perception” (Aparokshanubhuti). Even after that transcendent perception Avataras descend to the relative plane and give glimpses of that — therefore it is said that the Vedas and other scriptures have originated from the perception of Seers. The case of ordinary Jivas is like that of the salt — doll which attempting to sound the depths of the ocean melted into it. Do you see? The sum and substance of it is — you have only got to know that you are Eternal Soul.

You are already that, only the intervention of a non — intelligent mind (which is called Maya in the scriptures) is hiding that knowledge. When the mind composed of subtle matter is quelled, the Atman is effulgent by Its own radiance. One proof of the fact that Maya or mind is an illusion is that the mind by itself is non — intelligent and of the nature of darkness; and it is the light of the Atman behind, that makes it appear as intelligent. When you will understand this, the mind will merge in the unbroken Ocean of Intelligence; then you will realize “[(Sanskrit)]– this Atman or Soul is Brahman or God”

This article will clean all your superstitions and make your life beautiful Anyone who is strong can practice it in any yuga(era). Spirituality is democratic(monoism).God is a democrat and not a dictator. This is the ultimate ocean in which entire mankind with all their religions will merge. The idea of love all, peace, forgiveness, being merciful contradicts the idea of even wanting someone to rot in the illusionary hell. The most superstitious man can think of an idea called hell. Swami Vivekananda speaks to you through this article along with some additions from my own free soul.

Referring to history, we see that only that fragment which is fit will survive, and what makes fit to survive but character?

Advaita of your Vedanta will be the future religion of all thinking humanity~~Swami Vivekananda

All knowledge that the world has ever received comes from the universal mind; the infinite library of the universe is in our own mind.

The knowledge is dependent on the purity of the prophet. If the prophet removes all his ignorance or condensed energy or thin layer of matter via meditation, religion will contain high standard truth else it will contain some of the superstitions of the prophet.

Ignorance in humans is attracted more to superstitions.Witches,Satan,Jinn,Ghost,Hell etc are created by your own fear, beliefs and negative thought-form.Whatever you think, you create.Think great thoughts and pure thoughts. When Allah is everywhere, where is the place for Satan,Jinn,Hell etc unless you are creating it with you own thought and converting the divine energy of Allah into Satan,Jinn,Hell etc.

Open the door to perfection

Vedanta means end of the Vedas or Conclusion of the Vedas or Upanishad. Anyone can practice it in any Yuga. Soul has neither time nor space nor country.Advaitins has absolutely no impact of the Yuga in Advaita.

I have tried to compile  the already existing truth to make it extremely simple so that everyone can follow it.You cannot teach a child any more than you can grow a plant. It is a manifestation from within; it develops its own nature — you can only take away obstructions.

When the real history of India will be unearthed, it will be proved that, as in matters of religion, so in fine arts, India is the primal Guru of the whole world.

Let us assume this is the infinite soul with infinite love and infinite knowledge.

Soul exists within vibratory creation as Atma and beyond vibratory creation.Within Vibratory creation, it has sound, wisdom and divine consciousness.beyond vibratory creation,it’s called brahman . Atma or Light of Consciousness or Intelligence of the Absolute or White light  will show you everything.Realization of Atma is the first Moksha.

Ignorance in Humans is denoted as circles in this picture. Each circle denotes one human being.Man who is the infinite soul is covered with cloud of ignorance or Maya or condensed energy or a thin later of matter. He has a body which is a temple made of condensed energy or matter .Since humans are not 100% selfish and loving, they can’t see the Soul or Self.So external Idol of a Self realized free Soul is given to worshippers to tune into spirituality by visual meditation. So God and man becomes different in ignorance.Yoga becomes the union of Soul and Spirit although Soul/Spirit is always One. Concept of Hindu temple comes from this idea of the body where the Soul or our real Self resides.Temple bell refers to the sound of Aum you hear in meditation. The incense stick denotes the many lovely smell that you feel in meditation.Feeding people means feeding yourself existing in many bodies. The candles,Lamp,Diya,Candles refer to the 6 Chakra or spiritual centers  or light within your spinal chord and the & 7th Crown Chakra develops on realization in Dvaita.Putting Tikka means respecting the third eye, which is the door to perfection.Either the place of worship has no deity means worship of infinite Soul as free soul or a Deity which is also the free infinite soul with a body to let you know eventually that it is you.Soul never comes without a body. There is no difference in the concept. Some have more ignorance than others. The reality is only the pure infinite soul or light of consciousness or GOD or Infinite LOVE which is you.Brahman means Soul or Atma or Parmatma. Arya/Aryan means one whose mind is in the void or thoughtlessness says Manu. You are already the infinite soul or infinite love or infinite knowledge. You are everywhere.THIS KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE PURE INFINITE SOUL AND THERE IS NOTHING TO ATTAIN IS THE PERFECT KNOWLEDGE. SEEING REALITY WILL FOLLOW ON ITS OWN DURING MEDITATION. WHEN YOU THINK OF ATTAINMENT,PATH BECOMES TOUGH AS THERE IS DESIRE.

The essence of Vedanta(Conclusion of the Vedas) is that there is but one Being and that every soul is that Being in full, not a part of that Being.

Any point in an infinity is the centre of infinity and is infinity if full not part of infinity

You have to grow from inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own soul.

Al Hallaj Mystic –I saw my Lord with the eye of the heart. I said: Who art Thou?He answered: Thou.

It is better to be an outspoken atheist than a hypocrite –Swami Vivekananda

Anyone who is strong can practice Advaita or non-dualism. Advaita must be practiced without any expectation and without the feeling of attaining anything. You do not have to be born in any particular family to practice Advaita. Only  a strong will power is needed. The ignorance will be gone eventually and you realize that you were always the pure infinite soul or God without beginning, without end and immortal.Ignorance make a person live in duality and makes him believe that the other person is different than you.But in reality All is the Self or Brahman or Infinite Soul. The saint, the sinner, the lamb, the tiger, the president, the prime minister, the father, the mother, the brother, the sister, the relatives, the children, the beggar, the Hindu, the Muslim, the Christian, the Jew,the Parsi, even the murderer, as far as they have any reality, can be nothing else, because there is nothing else.

The Hindu does not want to live upon words and theories. If there are existences beyond the ordinary sensuous existence, he wants to come face to face with them. If there is a soul in him which is not matter, if there is an all-merciful universal soul, he will go to Him direct. He must see Him, and that alone can destroy all doubts. So the best proof a Hindu sage gives about the soul, about God is— “I have seen the soul; I have seen God.”

Brahman means the infinite  Soul .Everyone in this world in Brahman. The name Shudra,Vaishya,Kshatriya and Brahmin is based on the level of  ignorance  burnt during meditation or prayers to realize Moksha(Self Realization) under strict guidance/love of a Guru in Dvaita not in Advaita.Children of the same family can have different Caste/Varna/Character based on their spiritual level reached but in Advaita it doesn’t matter. In reality all are nothing but Brahman. While practicing Advaita, you don’t have to bother about your caste/character based on ignorance.Thought and Matter are co-existent.What you think you create and what you do not think you eliminate from your system.Just remember, you are already free.Your soul or Self is only your Guru in Advaita and you do not have to depend on anyone. The speed of Advaita is fastest.

What does Vedanta teach us? In the first place, it teaches that you need not even go out of yourself to know the truth. All the past and all the future are here in the present. No man ever saw the past. Did any one of you see the past? When you think you are knowing the past, you only imagine the past in the present moment. To see the future, you would have to bring it down to the present, which is the only reality — the rest is imagination. This present is all that is. There is only the One. All is here right now.

Remember this during meditation. Now is the most power. Now I am free.

One moment in infinite time is quite as complete and all-inclusive as every other moment. All that is and was and will be is here in the present. Let anybody try to imagine anything outside of it — he will not succeed.

Never hate anyone.Hating someone means hating yourself.Hate pulls you down from spiritual path. The person you love, the person you hate or the person abusing you or the person you ignore  is actually you.Maya or condensed energy or Matter makes you see them differently. But at times the self has to be separated from another person because of his huge cloud of ignorance which can pull you down from the path of spiritual progress.Although you realize that you exist in different bodies, you would prefer company of people on high and positive energy level. Those people you want to ignore, just see them in your heart as a thought and melt them into pure love light, bless them, they too will 100% make spiritual progress and reach the state of Advaita or Divine Oneness. But make sure you ignore them to prevent you from being pulled down but keep sending them love.

Do not disclose your spiritual experience to anyone till you become ripe. When you become ripe, the fruit will automatically fall off and you will realize true freedom and be alive. You don’t have to die to be free.Disclosing spiritual experience means depleting your energy and pulling yourself down.

Love your self first,If you don’t love your self, how can you love your self existing in other bodies

Vedanta proposes no sin nor sinner. No God to be afraid of. He is the one being of whom we shall never be afraid, because He is our own Self. There is only one being of whom you cannot possibly be afraid; He is that. Then is not he really the most superstitious person who has fear of God? There may be someone who is afraid of his shadow; but even he is not afraid of himself. God is man’s very Self. He is that one being whom you can never possibly fear. What is all this nonsense, the fear of the Lord entering into a man, making him tremble and so on? Lord bless us that we are not all in the lunatic asylum! But if most of us are not lunatics, why should we invent such ideas as fear of God?

If you do not see negativity or sin in people who are nothing but your very own self, crime will vanish automatically. But judging people all the time, accusing them, giving children the negative energy of fear, beating them up, creates negativity that forms crime.Eventually the crime grows.Children should be brought up in the atmosphere of divine love, belief in the pure self,Honesty and pure independence.Even animals are kind to their children. No racism,no superstition,no feeling of state identity, language identity, fear of lizards and puppy,no anger should ever be fed to them.Avoid materialistic pampering or encouragement of taking gifts from others. When they practice Advaita, they will become brilliant students. If you are frustrated parents,do not opt for children. If your children damage someone else property,be honest, ask your children to apologize and pay for the damage.

Black magic means using your energy, wasting it, in dominating others. White magic means using the same methods, but using your energy in dominating your own life, becoming a master of yourself. The only useful thing is to dominate yourself. Dominating others or being dominated is useless, a wastage of your energy. Nothing is achieved through it — just an egoistic feeling that you can dominate or get dominated.

In present times people smoke and drink. This should not stop you from practicing Advaita. You will eventually develop other beneficial  hobbies so just don’t feel guilty.

You are 100% the  sole cause of every incidence good or bad happening in your life or even in the so-called religious group or community. If your energy level is high and positive, the environment will act accordingly. There will be peace in your house. If your energy is low,it will lead to unhappiness, divorce, failure and discontentment.Good opportunities come but you spoil them with your own ignorance(negativity). Then you don’t try to burn ignorance and expect better opportunities and then again  result is just like the previous one.Blaming others can fulfill false ego but then it is a lie.

But the mind is just a chattering box. If something happens, immediately you will go and spread the good news that something has happened to you. Then you have wasted it. And if people are impressed, then all you have gained is their good opinion and nothing else. This is not a good bargain. Wait! A moment will come when your energy becomes accumulated; it reaches a point where it becomes integrated, transformed. Then things will happen around you without your doing anything. And only then can you help others to be their own masters — when you are your own master.

All expansion is life, all contraction is death. All love is expansion, all selfishness is contraction. Love is therefore the only law of life. He who loves lives, he who is selfish is dying. Therefore love for love’s sake, because it is law of life, just as you breathe to live.

So long as there is desire or want, it is a sure sign that there is imperfection. A perfect, free being cannot have any desire. You will eventually get rid of those desires through constant meditation without any guilt.Just do not worry.

In the world take always the position of the giver. Give everything and look for no return. Give love, give help, give service, give any little thing you can, but keep out barter. Make no conditions and none will be imposed. Let us give out of our own bounty, just as the Soul gives to us.If you give money to a friend, don’t give with an expectation of the money being returned. If it comes back to you, then its OK.

Love goes on giving and it will never say it has given you enough. There is no end to love’s bounty. Love goes on pouring its gifts and yet it feels shy that it is insufficient. If you tell a woman that she has done a lot for her child, if she is a nurse, she will thankfully acknowledge your compliments. But if she is a mother she will protest saying, “I could do only a little; a lot remains to be done.” A nurse is aware of what she has done; a mother is aware of what she has yet to do. And if a mother brags about her sacrifices for her child, she is a nurse and not a mother. Love is always aware that a lot more remains to be done.

No matter whatever is taught in religion,do not force yourself to believe or agree or practice something  which your body, soul and mind doesn’t permit.

Soft-brained people, weak-minded, chicken-hearted, cannot find the truth. One has to be free, and as broad as the sky

Stand up, be bold, and take the blame on your own shoulders. Do not go about throwing mud at others; for all the faults you suffer from, you are the sole and only cause.

Tell the truth boldly, whether it hurts or not. Never pander to weakness. If truth is too much for intelligent people and sweeps them away, let them go; the sooner the better.

The first sign that you are becoming spiritual is that you are becoming cheerful.

The great secret of true success, of true happiness, is this: the man or woman who asks for no return, the perfectly unselfish person, is the most successful.

The greatest help to spiritual life is meditation. In meditation we divest ourselves of all material conditions and feel our divine nature. We do not depend upon any external help in meditation. The touch of the soul can paint the brightest color even in the dingiest places; it can cast a fragrance over the vilest thing; it can make the wicked divine–and all enmity, all selfishness is effaced.

Sanatan  is the description  of the Dharma. Sanatan means eternal, without beginning, without end.The Soul is without beginning and without end. Sanatan Dharma means “The truth of the soul”.Dharma means Truth. In reality, there is one infinite Soul with no name.Prophets may give it names. How can the religion of the Soul/Atma have any name?Hinduism was the name given by the British to distinguish Sanatan Dharma from all other sects.

Adwaita can be practised by anyone in the world who is strong and wants to get rid of superstitions.Fear is the greatest negative energy.Always say I have no fear and gradually that fear will vanish from you. One party says thought is caused by matter, and the other says matter is caused by thought. Both statements are wrong; matter and thought are coexistent. There is a third something of which both matter and thought are products. It’s the INFINITE SOUL .

Unity is knowledge, diversity is ignorance. This knowledge is your birthright. I have not to teach it to you. There never were different religions in the world. We are all destined to have salvation(Moksha), whether we will it or not. You have to attain it in the long run and become free, because it is your nature to be free.

We are already free, only we do not know itand we do not know what we have been doing. Throughout all religious systems and ideals is the same morality; one thing only is preached: “Be unselfish, love others.”

Sanatan Dharma believes that all minds are different but there is Oneness of the Soul.In order to realize the conscious plane, some instrumentality is required. The mind is that instrument in us. But it is a non – intelligent substance. It only appears to be intelligent through the light of the Atman(Soul) behind. Only a moron  can say that women have less intelligence than men.

Therefore the author of the Panchadashi (III.40) says: “[(Sanskrit)]– the Shakti appears to be intelligent by the reflection of the intelligence of the Atman(Soul).” Hence the mind also appears to us like an intelligent substance. Therefore it is certain that you won’t be able to know the Soul, the Essence of Intelligence, through the mind. You have to go beyond the mind — for only the Atman(Soul) exists there — there the object of knowledge becomes the same as the instrument of knowledge. The knower, knowledge, and the instrument of knowledge become one and the same. It is therefore that the Shruti says, “[(Sanskrit)]– through what are you to know the Eternal Subject?” The real fact is that there is a state beyond the conscious plane, where there is no duality of the knower, knowledge, and the instrument of knowledge etc. When the mind is merged, that state is perceived.

The entire universe is a matrix. There is only one infinite soul.Infinity cannot be multiplied. The soul has infinite knowledge and infinite love. This soul is God or You.Remove the cloud of ignorance around you and then see the truth. You are present with many faces and bodies on this planet. So with every body and in every face, you are beautiful. No-one is ugly. It’s the cloud of ignorance surrounding you that sees ugliness and separate identities. The sooner this ignorance is removed, the better it is for you.If you are seeing ugliness in other, you will eventually find yourself ugly and suffer from inferiority complex due to ignorance. When your ignorance sees ugliness, you absorb ugliness.

The concept of secularism comes from Sanatan Dharma(Hinduism) and was introduced in the USA by Swami Vivekananda. It became a popular concept throughout the world. Many countries are still striving to become secular, the earlier, the better. This article will also make you understand what true secularism means and how beautiful/peaceful it feels to be secular.Secular means having a heart without dislike or hatred. You may have an honest opinion which might sound good/bad but heart should be free of hatred. As soon as you make a sect, you protest against universal brotherhood. Those who really feel universal brotherhood or universal oneness do not talk much, but their very actions speak aloud.

Understanding God/Soul in Dualism or Dualistic thinking .

Manifestations of God(PARAMBRAHMAN or PARAM-ATMA or ABSOLUTE or SOUL or SELF)
Father,Son,Holy Spirit(Christianity)
Pitra,Putra,Vishnu(Rig Veda)
Shiva,Brahma,Vishnu(Hinduism)
Supreme Soul, Divine Consciousness,Aum(Sound)
Tat,Sat,Aum(Hinduism)
Allah,Abraham,Ameen(Islam)
Shiva is Father( Absolute )/Soul/Self within and beyond vibratory creations.
Brahm or Brahma or Abrahm is the divine consciousness(Christ/Krishna consciousness)also called Abraham within vibratory creation within the self.
Vishnu is the vibratory sound called Aum/OM heard during meditation. Also called Olmen/Ameen/Amen/Hum.It is the sound of Shiva/father/Soul within vibratory creations.
Allah means power(Shakti) of Shiva/Soul also has synonyms Kali,Durga,Sati etc has many names in Hinduism /Islam.Power of the Brahma/divine consciousness/Self is called Saraswati/Saraiswati/Sarah(knowledge) in Hinduism/Christianity.Power is denoted as female. Rama means the light within your heart or Heart Chakra. Rama Navami/Ramadan is celebration of this light.Meditate and realize that Trimurti/Trinity/Tridev/Tridevi is YOU.

Allah says about the soul in the Qur’aan: “They ask you concerning the soul. Say that the soul is from from Allah and you have not been given knowledge of it except a little.”

The idea of supernatural beings may rouse to a certain extent the power of action in man, but it also brings spiritual decay.

These great souls are signposts on the way. That is all they are. They say, “Onward, brothers!” We cling to them; we never want to move. We do not want to think; we want others to think for us. The messengers fulfil their mission. They ask to be up and doing. A hundred years later we cling to the message and go to sleep. Then clouds and clouds of ignorance cover us and we do nothing to remove it.Then we become Angry,Abusive,Quarrelsome,Violent,Racist,Materialistic Corrupt,Dishonest,go on a killing spree in the name of religion and become destructive.Religion then becomes  nothing but false, boastful pride to harass  and insult others.Ignorance bars a person  from seeking out the truth or making any effort to do so.People get attached to some book or some old customs which they don’t understand in true light nor are they strong enough to give it up.They imagine Hell and some negative thought-forms and mind becomes hellish and also suicidal.

Talking about faith and belief and doctrine is easy, but it is so difficult to build character and to stem the tide of the senses. We succumb. We become hypocrites. …

Religion is not a doctrine, not a rule. It is a process. That is all. Doctrines and rules are all for exercise. By that exercise we get strong and at last break the bonds and become free. Doctrine is of no use except for gymnastics. … Through exercise the soul becomes perfect. That exercise is stopped when you say, “I believe.” …

There is one religion, and there are many sects. The moment you give it a name, individualize it and separate it from the rest, it is a sect, no more a religion. A sect proclaims its own truth and declares that there is no truth anywhere else.Religion believes that there has been, and still is, one religion in the world. There never were two religions. It is the same religion presenting different aspects in different places. The task is to conceive the proper understanding of the goal and scope of humanity.

Sects, ceremonies, and books, so far as they are the means of a man’s realizing his own nature, are all right; when he has realized that, he gives up everything. “I reject the Vedas!” is the last word of the Vedanta(conclusion of the Vedas) philosophy. Ritual, hymns, and scriptures, through which he has traveled to freedom, vanish for him. “So’ham, So’ham”– i am He, I am He and to say “Thou” to God is blasphemy, for he is “one with the Father”(Moksha). You do not have to die to for salvation. Aham Brahmansmi,I am God,I am Brahman.Whoever you pray to did have a past life like you do and gradually realized  Moksha. Either a dualist worship Moksha attained Man/Woman as infinite Soul or the infinite Soul without the body makes no difference between the names of God.Infinite Soul is neither male nor female.Only the body has sex distinction.

Nasadiya Sukta, of Rig Veda is the theory of origin of the universe ‘ “Then there was neither aught nor naught, nor air, nor sky, nor anything. What covered all? Where rested all? Then death was not, nor deathlessness, nor change to night and day.” The translation loses a good deal of the poetical beauty. “Then death was not, nor deathlessness, nor change to night and day”; the very sound of the Sanskrit is musical. “That existed, that breath, covering as it were, that God’s existence; but it did not begin to move.” … ‘ “Gloom existed first.” Those of you who have ever been in India or any tropical country, and have seen the bursting of the monsoon, will understand the majesty of these words. I remember three poets’ attempts to picture this. Milton says, “No light, but rather darkness visible.” Kalidasa says, “Darkness which can be penetrated with a needle,” but none comes near this Vedic description, “Gloom hidden in gloom.

” Everything is parching and sizzling, the whole creation seems to be burning away, and for days it has been so, when one afternoon there is in one corner of the horizon a speck of cloud, and in less than half an hour it has extended unto the whole earth, until, as it were, it is covered with cloud, cloud over cloud, and then it bursts into a tremendous deluge of rain.’ Hence the first principle, That One – tad ekam – cannot be characterized. It is without qualities or attributes, even negative ones. To apply to it any description is to limit the limitless. Yet after attempting to describe such a state presumed to be prior to creation the hymn has the humility to admit that all this is a surmise, for it is not possible to be sure of things which lie so far beyond human knowledge. He says that they mention such theories casually so that the enquirer may please himself if he be so inclined. The world appears as a passing shadow in a flood of light. Light is necessary to see the shadow also. But the shadow does not deserve any special notice or analysis. Aitareya Upanishad. ‘In the beginning verily, Atman (Self) alone was this Universe…. nothing else whatsoever was active.’ The emphasis is on the words nothing else. As an individual can understand the world only with reference to himself, the Rishi says that before the creation of the pluralistic world all that existed was the Self or Atman or free Soul of the seeker which is nothing but the All Pervading reality, Brahman(free soul or supreme soul).

Brahmasutra—-The only deliverance from the endless revolution from the wheel of Sansara was realized to lie in an escape to a region which, because there is no consciousness there, must necessarily be a barren and an empty land.It is an escape and an attainment, but in the escape from the bondage of the self. One is emptied of all sense of realization. Atma(Soul) is Silence. Shankara on Brahmasutra 111.ii.17

There is a Hindu legend that the Lord was once incarnated on earth as a pig. He had a pig mate and in course of time several little pigs were born to Him. He was very happy with His family, living in the mire, squealing with joy, forgetting His divine glory and lordship. The gods became exceedingly concerned and came to the earth to beg Him to give up the pig body and return to heaven. But the Lord would have none of that; He drove them away. He said He was very happy and did not want to be disturbed. Seeing no other course, the gods destroyed the pig body of the Lord. At once He regained His divine majesty and was astonished that He could have found any joy in being a pig.

Wash yourself again and again until you are cleansed of all the superstitions that have clung to you through the ages.

People behave in the same way. Whenever they hear of the Impersonal God, they say, “What will become of my individuality? — my individuality will go!” Next time that thought comes, remember the pig, and then think what an infinite mine of happiness you have, each one of you. How pleased you are with your present condition! But when you realise what you truly are, you will be astonished that you were unwilling to give up your sense-life. What is there in your personality? It is any better than that pig life? And this you do not want to give up! Lord bless us all!

Therefore Vedanta formulates, not universal brotherhood, but universal oneness. I am the same as any other man, as any animal — good, bad, anything. It is one body, one mind, one soul throughout. Spirit never dies. There is no death anywhere, not even for the body. Not even the mind dies. How can even the body die? One leaf may fall — does the tree die? The universe is my body. See how it continues. All minds are mine. With all feet I walk. Through all mouths I speak. In everybody I reside.

Why can I not feel it? Because of that individuality, that piggishness. You have become bound up with this mind and can only be here, not there. What is immortality? How few reply, “It is this very existence of ours!” Most people think this is all mortal and dead — that God is not here, that they will become immortal by going to heaven. They imagine that they will see God after death. But if they do not see Him here and now, they will not see Him after death. Though they all believe in immortality, they do not know that immortality is not gained by dying and going to heaven, but by giving up this piggish individuality, by not tying ourselves down to one little body. Immortality is knowing ourselves as one with all, living in all bodies, perceiving through all minds. We are bound to feel in other bodies than this one. We are bound to feel in other bodies. What is sympathy? Is there any limit to this sympathy, this feeling in our bodies?

We shall understand this by and by, and then see it: all the heavens — everything — are here, now, and they really are nothing but appearances on the Divine Presence. This Presence is much greater than all the earths and heavens. People think that this world is bad and imagine that heaven is somewhere else. This world is not bad. It is God/Soul/Atma/Param-Atma Himself if you know it. It is a hard thing even to understand, harder than to believe. The murderer who is going to be hanged tomorrow is all God, perfect God. It is very hard to understand, surely; but it can be understood.

Gyan or Jnana or wisdom of love is Advaita or Moksha or Enlightenment or Upanishad or Conclusion of the Veda or Vedanta

Your Mantra is Soham or Om Soham or Shivoham. Sit in lotus posture with spinal chord straight and relaxed or lie down in bed without pillow. You have to always sit, eat, stand and sleep in such a manner that the spinal chord is always straight and relaxed. You must develop the habit of good posture. The divine energy flows through your spinal chord giving beautiful sensation. Breath in and say in your thought Soooooooooo and breathe out Haaaaaaaaaam. The same Sanskrit mantra is Hamsa or Hong-Sau.

Soham (so ‘ham सो ऽहम्) is the Sanskrit for “I myself” or “It is I” or “He is I” or “I am That”.

When it applies to a person’s name, according to Vedic philosophy it means identifying oneself with the universe or ultimate reality.

  • Sooooo… is the sound of inhalation, and is remembered in the mind along with that inhalation.
  • Hummmm… is the sound of exhalation, and is remembered in the mind along with that exhalation.
  • Say “So’ham, So’ham” whatever comes. Tell yourself this even in eating, walking, suffering. Tell the mind this incessantly—that what we see never existed, that there is only “I”. Flash–the dream will break! Think day and night, this universe is zero, only Soul is. Have intense desire to get free.
  • Slowly the breath moves from naval to nose then gradually between nose and third eye, then you are in Third eye meditation.
  • With gradual practice you can shift directly to the third eye.

Go on saying, “I am free.” Never mind if the next moment delusion comes and says, “I am bound.” Dehypnotize the whole thing.

You can also say to yourself and believe “I am the infinite unselfish love existing everywhere”Whatever you say and believe repeatedly is a Mantra. The Mantra will make you realize that you indeed is the infinite unselfish love.
Not receiving any present from anybody, even when one is suffering terribly, is what is called AparigrahaThe idea is, when a man receives a gift from another, his heart becomes impure, he becomes low, he loses his independence, he becomes bound and attached.

If you think that you are bound, you remain bound; you make your own bondage. If you know that you are free, you are free this moment. This is knowledge, knowledge of freedom. Freedom is the goal of all nature.

Learn to feel yourself in other bodies, to know that we are all one. Throw all other nonsense to the winds. Spit out your actions, good or bad, and never think of them again. What is done is done. Throw off superstition. Have no weakness even in the face of death. Be free.

Chakra

When you are on high positive energy, excess eating and sleeping too much will disappear.Few hours of sleep will give you the satisfaction of sleeping for many days. You will feel happiness and your body will vibrate with divine love.People on high spiritual energy will contact you.Work and studies will bring happiness. The surrounding will be extremely peaceful.

Wear Silk or Cotton clothes which is loose fit during meditation. Saree,Salwar Kurta Dopatta, pajama, kurta, churidaar,Gagra choli,Dhoti,Lungi,Pagari,Hindu pathans wore loose Pathani dress, crystal gem jewellery that enhances energy field and all Indian dress is meant for meditation and are very much Hindu origin.Their colors is also based on the colors we see in meditation.

THE RAMAYANA

Follow the Golden rules of Hinduism

https://hinduismglance.wordpress.com/golden-rules-in-hinduism/

Whoever you know, see them in your heart melt them into transparent  light of love.

You are what your thoughts are.Always believe and say to yourself “I am infinite love”.”I am nothing but love””I am the infinite light of consciousness”.”I am the soul””The entire universe is within me””I have no fear””I have no hate””I have no selfishness””I have no ego””I have no pride””I am not boastful”Who would I boast to? and who would I show ego to?All is my self everywhere.”I am devoid of anger””I am devoid of lust”.””I was always the infinite soul””I do not have to do anything to become someone”I exist everywhere”.”Anyone who shower hatred towards me,may his negative energy be converted to love energy and go back to him””I have no revenge because all are me””There is no past, there is no future, time is illusion,Let me do my duty in the present”.”I have no people consciousness, what they say about me doesn’t matter because they are all me””I love body exercise””I love my job and will do the service with full love and dedication””I do everything for love, because I am infinite love and not for gaining illusional good/bad Karma””Everyone around me is myself,I desire no name nor fame nor rewards””I am devoid of both good and bad Karma”

If you are entering into non-dualism from dualism.See the thought of Krishna,Shiva,Christ,Allah which is your own soul or self in your heart and melt them to love light.See the earth in your heart melting and becoming love energy. Then practice what is written above.

Those who practice dualism is also trying to become strong.Thought and Matter are co-existent.Heaven and Hell, the temporary zone  is created by your own thoughts and you worship your own soul either with body or without body.We should respect your worship too because it might make you strong.Whatever you dream and think of, you create. If it is hell, you die and see hell. If it is evil and Satan, you get a Satan. If ghosts, you get ghosts. Whatever you think, that you become. If you have to think, think good thoughts, great thoughts. This taking for granted that you are weak little worms! By declaring we are weak, we become weak, we do not become better. Suppose we put out the light, close the windows, and call the room dark. Think of the nonsense! What good does it do me to say I am a sinner? If I am in the dark, let me light a lamp. The whole thing is gone. Yet how curious is the nature of men! Though always conscious that the universal mind is behind their life, they think more of Satan, of darkness and lies. You tell them the truth — they do not see it; they like darkness better.By work alone, men may get to where Buddha got largely by meditation or Christ by prayer. Buddha was a working Jnani, Christ was a Bhakta, but the same goal was reached by both of them.Sometimes I agree that there is some good in the dualistic method: it helps many who are weak. If a man wants you to show him the polar star, you first point out to him a bright star near it, then a less bright star, then a dim star, and then the polar star. This process makes it easy for him to see it. All the various practices and training’s  Bibles and Gods, are but the rudiments of religion, the kindergartens of religion. But then I think of the other side. How long will the world have to wait to reach the truth if it follows this slow, gradual process? How long? And where is the surety that it will ever succeed to any appreciable degree? It has not so far. After all, gradual or not gradual, easy or not easy to the weak, is not the dualistic method based on falsehood? Are not all the prevalent religious practices often weakening and therefore wrong? They are based on a wrong idea, a wrong view of man. Would two wrong make one right? Would the lie become truth? Would darkness become light? We know that Moksha is the nature of the soul, why waste time and energy on temporary illusional heaven and hell created by your thoughts. If you cannot attain salvation in this life, what proof is there that you can attain it in the life or lives to come? You are the infinite Soul, there is no place you can go,you are everywhere.

If any negative thoughts come to you.See that thought as a black ball melting into pink love light within you or transparent love energy.Gradually the negative thoughts will stop.

See Afghanistan, Pakistan,Bangladesh,Nepal,China,Maldives and Srilanka in your heart and melt it into love light.Love must be sent to neighbours.Words are not important, good thoughts matter.Your love will surely bring peace.

See the Kaaba in your heart, see all your Muslim brothers bending in prayer, melt them in love light so that all they realize is infinite love which is their reality.

However we may receive blows, and however knocked about we may be, the Soul is there and is never injured. We are that Infinite.

Perfection is always infinite. We are the Infinite already. You and I, and all beings, are trying to manifest that infinity.

Realize your true nature. That is all there is to do. Know yourself as you are—infinite spirit. That is practical religion. Everything else is impractical, for everything else will perish

Truth, purity, and unselfishness — whenever these are present, there is no power below or above the sun to crush the possessor thereof. Equipped with these, one individual is able to face the whole universe in opposition.

Good motives, sincerity, and infinite love can conquer the world. One single soul possessed of these virtues can destroy the dark designs of millions of hypocrites and brutes.

On a high energy level, you attract people with high energy. There will be internal and external peace. You are responsible if you are facing any disharmony around you.Do not complain, meditate and raise your energy level.

These are what Vedanta(Conclusion of the Vedas) has not to give. No man to be singled out from the rest of mankind — “You are worms, and we are the Lord God!” — none of that. If you are the Lord God, I also am the Lord God. So Vedanta knows no sin. There are mistakes but no sin; and in the long run everything is going to be all right. No Satan — none of this nonsense. Vedanta believes in only one sin, only one in the world, and it is this: the moment you think you are a sinner or anybody is a sinner, that is sin. From that follows every other mistake or what is usually called sin. There have been many mistakes in our lives. But we are going on. Glory be unto us that we have made mistakes! Take a long look at your past life. If your present condition is good, it has been caused by all the past mistakes as well as successes. Glory be unto success! Glory be unto mistakes! Do not look back upon what has been done. Go ahead!

Each soul is potentially divine. The goal is to manifest this Divinity within by controlling nature, external and internal.Do this either by work, or worship, or psychic control, or philosophy — by one, or more, or all of these — and be free. This is the whole of religion. Doctrines, or dogmas, or rituals, or books, or temples, or forms, are but secondary details.

Christ said, “I and my father are one”(MOKSHA), and you repeat it. Yet it has not helped mankind. For more than nineteen hundred years men have not understood that saying. They make Christ the saviour of men. He is God and we are worms! Similarly in India. In every country, this sort of belief is the backbone of every sect. For thousands of years millions and millions all over the world have been taught to worship the Lord of the world, the Incarnations, the saviour  the prophets. They have been taught to consider themselves helpless, miserable creatures and to depend upon the mercy of some person or persons for salvation. There are no doubt many marvellous things in such beliefs. But even at their best, they are but kindergartens of religion, and they have helped but little. Men are still hypnotized into abject degradation. However, there are some strong souls who get over that illusion. The hour comes when great men and women  shall arise and cast off these kindergartens of religion and shall make vivid and powerful the true religion, the worship of the spirit by the spirit.

When you think you are a body, are apart from the universe; when you think; you are a soul, you are a spark from the great Eternal Fire; when you think you are the Âtman (Self), you are All.

This forms the one great question asked by Vedanta: Why are people so afraid? The answer is that they have made themselves helpless and dependent on others. We are so lazy, we do not want to do anything for ourselves. We want a Personal God, a savior or a prophet to do everything for us. The very rich man never walks, always goes in the carriage; but in the course of years, he wakes up one day paralyzed all over. Then he begins to feel that the way he had lived was not good after all. No man can walk for me. Every time one did, it was to my injury. If everything is done for a man by another, he will lose the use of his own limbs. Anything we do ourselves, that is the only thing we do. Anything that is done for us by another never can be ours. You cannot learn spiritual truths from my lectures. If you have learnt anything, I was only the spark that brought it out, made it flash. That is all the prophets and teachers can do. All this running after help is foolishness.

What religion can paint a heaven which is not like this earth? And it is all art, only this art is being made known to us gradually. We, with five senses, look upon this world and find it gross, having colour  form, sound, and the like. Suppose I develop an electric sense — all will change. Suppose my senses grow finer — you will all appear changed. If I change, you change. If I go beyond the power of the senses, you will appear as spirit and God. Things are not what they seem.

Beautiful Earth

You come with billion of faces and walk on earth. All the faces are beautiful and you do not find anyone ugly.

OMNIPRESENT EYE BLUE IS THE COLOR OF INFINITE DIVINE CONSCIOUSNESS OR BRAHMA

Perfection is always infinite. We are the Infinite already. You and I, and all beings, are trying to manifest that infinity.

Realize your true nature. That is all there is to do. Know yourself as you are—infinite spirit. That is practical religion. Everything else is impractical, for everything else will perish.

Worship of society and popular opinions is idolatry. The soul has no sex, no country, no place, no time.

SOUL IS NEITHER MALE NOR FEMALE ONLY THE BODY HAS SEX DISTINCTION

Is there any sex-distinction in the Atman (Self)? Out with the differentiation between man and woman—all is Atman! Give up the identification with the body, and stand up!

Mind you, this is life’s experience: if you really want the good of others, the whole universe may stand against you and cannot hurt you. It must crumble before your power of the Lord Himself in you if you are sincere and really unselfish.

We have been low animals once. We think they are something different from us. I hear, Western people say, “The world was created for us.” If tigers could write books, they would say, man was created for them and that man is a most sinful animal, because he does not allow him (the tiger) to catch him easily. The worm that crawls under your feet today is a God to be.

Stand as a rock; you are indestructible. You are the Self (atman), the God of the universe.

Of all the scriptures of the world it is the Vedas alone that declare that even the study of the Vedas is secondary. The real study is “that by which we realize the Unchangeable”. And that is neither reading, for believing, nor reasoning, but super-conscious perception, or Samâdhi.

LOTUS ONLY GREW ON BANKS OF GANGES IN INDIA(ARYAVARTA)AND DEPICTS THE SOUL IN SANATAN DHARMA.ANY RELIGION HAVING THE LOTUS HAS ROOT FROM SANATAN DHARMA. THE ARABIC WORD FOR LOTUS IS YA NASEEB OR ALLAH YA NASEEB OR ALLAH THE SOUL In the Christian religion Gabriel, the Archangel, holding in his hand a spray of water lilies(LOTUS), appears to the Virgin Mary in every picture of the Annunciation.

The whole universe is one. There is only one Self in the universe, only One Existence, and that One Existence, when it passes through the forms of time, space, causation, is called by different names, buddhi, fine matter, gross matter, all mental and physical forms. Everything in the universe is that One, appearing in various forms. When a little part of it comes, as it were, into this network of time, space and causation, it takes forms. Take off the network, and it is all one.The whole universe is one. There is only one Self in the universe, only One Existence.

There is no help for you outside of yourself; you are the creator of the universe. Like the silkworm you have built a cocoon around yourself…. Burst your own cocoon and come out aw the beautiful butterfly, as the free soul. Then alone you will see Truth.

They alone live whose lives are in the whole universe, and the more we concentrate our lives on limited things, the faster we go towards death. Those moments alone we live when our lives are in the universe, in others; and living this little life is death, simply death, and that is why the fear of death comes.

OUR OWN BODY IS THE TEMPLE WHERE KING SOUL RESIDES

This is the secret of spiritual life: to think that I am the Atman, and that the whole of this universe with all its relations, with all its good and all its evil, is but as a series of paintings—scenes on a canvas—of which I am the witness.

When we come to non-attachment  then we can understand the marvelous mystery of the universe: how it is intense activity and at the same time intense peace, how it is work every moment and rest every moment.

You, as body, mind, or soul, are a dream, but what you really are, is Being, Consciousness, Bliss. You are the God of this universe. You are creating the whole universe and drawing it in.

Your Atman is the support of the universe—whose support do you stand in need of? Wait with patience and love and strength. If helpers are not ready now, they will come in time. Why should we be in a hurry? The real working force of all great work is in its almost unperceived beginnings.

We must plunge heart and soul and body into the work. And until we are ready to sacrifice everything else to one Idea and to one alone, we never, never will see the Light.

We are ever free if we would only believe it, only have faith enough. You are the soul, free and eternal, ever free, ever blessed. Have faith enough and you will be free in a minute.

We believe that every being is divine, is God. Every soul is a sun covered over with clouds of ignorance; the difference between soul and soul is owing to the difference in density of these layers of clouds.

NAMASTE I BOW WITH LOVE MENTALLY TO THE DIVINE SOUL IN YOU WHICH IS ALSO IN ME.

The Soul is not composed of any materials. It is unity indivisible. Therefore it must be indestructible.

There is only one sin. That is weakness…. The only saint is that soul that never weakens, faces everything.

SWAN ALSO DEPICTS THE SOUL

The Kingdom of Heaven is within us. He is there. He is the soul of our souls. See Him in your own soul. That is practical religion. That is freedom

The human soul has sojourned in lower and higher forms, migrating from one to another according to the samskaras or impressions, but it is only in the highest form as a human being that it attains to freedom.

Since the dawn of history, various extraordinary phenomena have been recorded as happening amongst human beings. Witnesses are not wanting in modern times to attest to the fact of such events, even in societies living under the full blaze of modern science. The vast mass of such evidence is unreliable, as coming from ignorant, superstitious, or fraudulent persons. In many instances the so-called miracles are imitations. But what do they imitate? It is not the sign of a candid and scientific mind to throw overboard anything without proper investigation. Surface scientists, unable to explain the various extraordinary mental phenomena, strive to ignore their very existence. They are, therefore, more culpable than those who think that their prayers are answered by a being, or beings, above the clouds, or than those who believe that their petitions will make such beings change the course of the universe. The latter have the excuse of ignorance, or at least of a defective system of education, which has taught them dependence upon such beings, a dependence which has become a part of their degenerate nature. The former have no such excuse.

Raja Yoga in Dvaita

For thousands of years such phenomena have been studied, investigated, and generalised, the whole ground of the religious faculties of man has been analysed, and the practical result is the science of Râja-Yoga. Raja-Yoga does not, after the unpardonable manner of some modern scientists, deny the existence of facts which are difficult to explain; on the other hand, it gently yet in no uncertain terms tells the superstitious that miracles, and answers to prayers, and powers of faith, though true as facts, are not rendered comprehensible through the superstitious explanation of attributing them to the agency of a being, or beings, above the clouds. It declares that each man is only a conduit for the infinite ocean of knowledge and power that lies behind mankind. It teaches that desires and wants are in man, that the power of supply is also in man; and that wherever and whenever a desire, a want, a prayer has been fulfilled, it was out of this infinite magazine that the supply came, and not from any supernatural being. The idea of supernatural beings may rouse to a certain extent the power of action in man, but it also brings spiritual decay. It brings dependence; it brings fear; it brings superstition. It degenerates into a horrible belief in the natural weakness of man. There is no supernatural, says the Yogi, but there are in nature gross manifestations and subtle manifestations. The subtle are the causes, the gross the effects. The gross can be easily perceived by the senses; not so the subtle. The practice of Raja-Yoga will lead to the acquisition of the more subtle perceptions.

Manusmriti Chapter 1 Verse 3 Original translation by Bhagawan  Lahiri Mahasaya

You are alone. You automatically have become all that is in the world. You have no scope to think about any place, even for your accommodation, for you are everywhere. If you are no more, then the world is no more. You are infinite. You can know the cause of all, and you become the Perfect Being in meditation.

Chakra

The Bhagavad Gita in advanced spirituality or Advaita(Non-Dualism) is described below. It is the Gitopanishad or the essence of the Upanishad or Vedanta.Upanishad is in non-dualism or Advaita. Vedanta means conclusion of the Vedas. It’s the Journey of the meditator(Arjuna) or each one of you  into your own mind where you have to travel  to the peak of the mind, beyond mind via meditation. The Bhagavad Gita can only be experienced during meditation.Religion means experiencing the truth and seeing it very much in the present. Why has so many religions perished and continue to perish. The answer is that they never try to see the truth and become book worms and attached to piggish identity.According to The Bhagwad Gita,Time and Space is an illusion. The only moment is now.Why is Time and Space an illusion can also be realized in meditation.

One proof of the fact that Maya or mind is an illusion is that the mind by itself is non — intelligent and of the nature of darkness; and it is the light of the Atman(infinite soul) behind, that makes it appear as intelligent.

In this spiritual journey you realize the blind mind(Dhritarastra) or Ignorance of every seeker  has given birth to 100 sense inclination which has to be  burnt or killed during meditation. These Kauravas  is  our only enemy.

https://hinduismglance.wordpress.com/draupadi-or-kala-kundalini/

“The negative aspects of the one hundred sense inclinations are formidable foes (whose variations can be innumerable). Some of the recognizable offspring(Kauravas or Kuru) of the blind mind(Dhritrashtra) OR IGNORANCE are as follows: material desire;materialistic pride; anger; greed; avarice; hate; jealousy; wickedness; lust; sex attachment; abuse; and promiscuity; dishonesty; meanness; cruelty; ill will; desire to hurt others; destructive instinct; unkindness;harshness of speech and thought; impatience; covetousness;selfishness; arrogance; conceit; pride of caste or social birth;racial pride; false sense of delicacy; high-handedness; Assuming people are jealous of you and feeling proud about it;Gossiping;Defaming others;saucy temper;impudence; ill feeling; quarrelsome attitude; inharmoniousness; revengefullness; sensitive feelings; physical laziness; lack of initiative; cowardice; absentmindedness and mental sloth;spiritual
indifference; unwillingless to meditate; spiritual procrastination;impurity; stupidity; mental weakness; disease-consciousness;lack of vision; littleness of mind; lack of foresight; physical, mental, and spiritual ignorance; impulsiveness; fickle-mindedness;sense attachment; enjoyment in seeing evil, listening to evil, tasting evil, smelling evil, touching evil; thinking, willing, feeling, speaking, remembering, and doing evil; fear of disease and death;worry;superstition;swearing; immoderation; too much sleeping; too much eating; dissimulation; pretense of goodness; partiality; doubt; moroseness; pessimism;  bitterness; dissatisfaction; and postponing meditation.”

Behind the brain you have a mind — that mind is abstract — and behind the body you have an astral body. The word `astral’ comes from stars; it means a light…. Instead of flesh or bones, only a body made of light. This body of light, the astral body, has the mind in it.

When you die, your physical body and your physical mind are left behind. But the astral body travels with you, with the mind, with all the remembrances of the past life and the body, remembering all the scars and the wounds that have happened to the physical body. This abstract phenomenon travels with you; hiding within it is your ultimate, existential center.

Until you know the center, you will have to travel continuously from one body to another body. You have been traveling already for thousands of lives, gathering more and more memories in your astral mind, more and more memories in your astral body. Although your center is unaffected, it is surrounded by the astral body, and the astral body goes on from womb to womb, from grave to grave. That is your individuality; it has a continuum.

When you penetrate deeply to the center, you are also cutting the astral body apart, making a way through the mind, beyond the mind, through the astral body and beyond the astral body, to the center of your being. Once you have reached to the center of your being, the continuum of your individuality stops. Now begins the universal existence. You will not enter into another womb again, and you will not be burnt on another funeral pyre again. Now you will be one with the whole.

Of course, everything has a cost. You will have to drop your long-cherished love of individuality. Millions of years you have loved your individuality, but your individuality at the final stage is a hindrance. Now take a jump out of the continuum and become one with the whole. You will disappear just like a dewdrop in the ocean. But it is the ultimate bliss; it is the most profound ecstasy to become the oceanic, to become the cosmic. You will never repent that you have lost your individuality. This disappearance is not your death. This disappearance makes you one with the whole. This is called MOKSHA OR SALVATION. Bhagavad Gita or The Song of the Soul/Spirit or Song of the God or realizing that you were always  the Infinite Soul or God without beginning and without end, with infinite knowledge, infinite love, light of consciousness, eternal and ever existing. The Bhagavad Gita also has other philosophies for those who are spiritually weak but this is the highest truth.

So long as there is desire or want, it is a sure sign that there is imperfection. A perfect, free being cannot have any desire. You will eventually get rid of those desires through constant meditation without any guilt.

Those who practice Mahayoga, either once a day, or twice a day, or thrice, or always, know them to be gods. Yoga is divided into two parts. One is called Abhava, and the other, Mahayoga. Where one’s self is meditated upon as zero, and bereft of quality, that is called Abhava. That in which one sees the self as full of bliss and bereft of all impurities, and one with God/Soul, is called Mahayoga. The Yogi, by each one, realizes his Self. The other Yogas that we read and hear of, do not deserve to be ranked with the excellent Mahayoga in which the Yogi finds himself and the whole universe as God. This is the highest of all Yogas.
Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi are the steps in Raja-Yoga, of which non-injurytruthfulness,non-covetousnesschastitynot receiving anything from another are called Yama. This purifies the mind, the Chitta. Never producing pain by thought, word, and deed, in any living being, is what is called Ahimsa, non-injury. There is no virtue higher than non-injury. There is no happiness higher than what a man obtains by this attitude of non-offensiveness, to all creation. By truth we attain fruits of work. Through truth everything is attained. In truth everything is established. Relating facts as they are this is truth. Not taking others’ goods by stealth or by force, is called Asteya, non-covetousness. Chastity in thought, word, and deed, always, and in all conditions, is what is called Brahmacharya. Not receiving any present from anybody, even when one is suffering terribly, is what is called AparigrahaThe idea is, when a man receives a gift from another, his heart becomes impure, he becomes low, he loses his independence, he becomes bound and attached.

Most people think this is all mortal and dead — that God is not here, that they will become immortal by going to heaven. They imagine that they will see God after death. But if they do not see Him here and now, they will not see Him after death. Though they all believe in immortality, they do not know that immortality is not gained by dying and going to heaven, but by giving up this piggish individuality, by not tying ourselves down to one little body.Immortality is knowing ourselves as one with all, living in all bodies, perceiving through all minds. We are bound to feel in other bodies than this one. We are bound to feel in other bodies. What is sympathy? Is there any limit to this sympathy, this feeling in our bodies?

Therefore Vedanta formulates, not universal brotherhood, but universal oneness. I am the same as any other man, as any animal — good, bad, anything. It is one body, one mind, one soul throughout. Spirit never dies. There is no death anywhere, not even for the body. Not even the mind dies. How can even the body die? One leaf may fall — does the tree die?

The universe is my body. See how it continues. All minds are mine. With all feet I walk. Through all mouths I speak. In everybody I reside.

Good translation of The Bhagavad Gita  is God Talks With Arjuna by Sri Sri Parmahansa Yogananda. Yogananda’s translation is in terms of Kriya Yoga taught by Krishna. The other outstanding translations are by Jagat Guru Adi Shankaracharya,Ramanuja and Sri Aurobindo. Rest of the translation by other people are plain Sanskrit to English translation which anyone can do using a dictionary without having intuitive perception.

HOW TO UNDERSTAND AN OLD SCRIPTURE WITHOUT GETTING CONFUSED? Bhagavad Gita is a allegory made from an historical event. Ved Vyas knew that the age of ignorance(Kali Yuga) is approaching and if the book was written directly then the knowledge would be lost in the ignorance of Kali Yuga. The book has been written in such a brilliant manner that one has to become Arjuna and meditate on Krishna and Vyasa to receive the direct truth in meditation for each verse. One learns how to use the nutcracker of intuitive perception to crack open the hard shell of language and ambiguity to get to the kernels of truth in scriptural sayings. We can easily travel in time and know the truth.Past is very much in the present. Infact all the scriptures in the world should be read in the same way to get direct truth from the omnipresent instead of understanding it via ignorance. The infinite knowledge of the entire universe  is within you

With this you can also understand that the very name we know India by,Bharata gives us the necessary clue. Bha means light and Knowledge and rata means devoted. Bharata means devoted to light and knowledge as against darkness. Bharata is not the name of mere geographical, topological, and other limitations. Bharata stands for every individual soul that has this idea of light where the creation began, and we think of Light that India claims to be its chief aspiration, its chief ,its most important and valued goal…..

Liberalism dies because it is dry, because it cannot rouse fanaticism in the human mind, because it cannot bring out hatred for everything except itself. That is why liberalism is bound to go down again and again. It can influence only small numbers of people. The reason is not hard to see. Liberalism tries to make us unselfish. But we do not want to be unselfish — we see no immediate gain in unselfishness; we gain more by being selfish. We accept liberalism as long as we are poor, have nothing. The moment we acquire money and power, we turn very conservative. The poor man is a democrat. When he becomes rich, he becomes an aristocrat. In religion, too, human nature acts in the same way.A prophet arises, promises all kinds of rewards to those who will follow him and eternal doom to those who will not. Thus he makes his ideas spread. All existent religions that are spreading are tremendously fanatic. The more a sect hates other sects, the greater is its success and the more people it draws into its fold~~~~Swami Vivekananda~~~~~~

Brahman means the infinite  Soul or light of Consciousness.Everyone in this world in Brahman. This is the highest truth. The name Shudra,Vaishya,Kshatriya and Brahmana is based on the level of ignorance and on the degree of ignorance burnt during meditation or prayers to become free soul(Moksha) under guidance of a Moksha attained Guru.In reality all are nothing but Brahman.Children of the same family can have different Caste/Varna/Character based on their own spiritual level.

Referring to history, we see that only that fragment which is fit will survive, and what makes fit to survive but character? Advaita of your Vedanta will be the future religion of all thinking humanity~~Swami Vivekananda

I will gradually give the full Manusmriti or Manusamhita for all truth seekers. There is a belief created by the British that there is racism against shudra  and women in Manusmriti. The truth is that there is no such thing. Manu knows very well that all human-beings are nothing but infinite soul and soul is neither male nor female, only the illusional body is defined by sex i.e male or female. Sanatan Dharam is the religion of the eternal Soul.British tried their level best to give  vulgar and racist translations of our scripture .The British translation lacked spiritualism, the sole purpose was divide and rule, christian conversion and clashes between people. The British had been successful. We do not blame the current British people for what few British did in the past.Brahmins were attacked and killed when Nathuram Godse killed Mahatma Gandhi.British created continued  agitations in Southern India and many Brahmins were killed.Read article The Plight of Brahmins By Meenakshi Jain I do not blame the  masses of India who ignorantly fell in the plot of British regime.Law of Karma is universal and every individual pays the price whether he is a Shudra or Brahmin or Kshatriya or Vaishya.Blame no one.We have to move on,forget differences and raise in spirituality.

Maharishi Bhrigumuni writes the Manusmriti as told by Manu

The soul is one and infinite,we are the soul.Karma makes us different from each other.By meditating, karma is burnt(good/bad) and we realize that we are the pure soul and not the body.Manusmriti beautifully deals with the unity of the soul.Manu gives full rights to each person to change his chaste/character/varna.Manu’s aim is that everyone attains Moksha or Salvation. We all have Brahmin(Saint) ancestors but some of us left spirituality and Sanskrit learning. The only explanation is to be found in the Mahâbhârata, which says that in the beginning of the Satya Yuga there was one caste, the Brahmins(Saint), and then by difference of occupations they went on dividing themselves into different castes, and that is the only true and rational explanation that has been given. And in the coming Satya Yuga all the other castes will have to go back to the same condition. The bad translations did have an extremely negative impact on the society during the British era. While the Brahmans feel that Dalits killed them and Dalits feel that they were subjugated.Guru Granth writes that during Kali Yuga the servants were killing the Businessmen, the kings were bringing woe to people, businessmen were facing losses and most saints were busy doing some rituals without inner knowledge. Sanatan Dharma never believed in capital punishment so the only punishment left for people during Kali Yuga was temporary social boycott.Hinduism believe that every human being can burn their ignorance and change. Ratnakar became Valmiki. Most of the humans are ignorant, some ignorance lead to murders, some lead to cheating or corruption while some lead to becoming liars.Ignorance is not a criteria to judge and hate people.Ignorance is also an illusion that can be eliminated.

Early Chinese travelers have left us many striking pictures of Indian society. The Chinese priest, Fa-Hsien, wrote an account of his eleven years in India during the reign of Chandragupta II (early 4th century). The Chinese author relates: “Throughout the country no one kills any living thing, nor drinks wine. . . . They do not keep pigs or fowl; there are no dealings in cattle, no butchers’ shops or distilleries. Rooms with beds and mattresses, food and clothes, are provided for resident and traveling priests without fail, and this is the same in all places. The priests occupy themselves with benevolent ministrations and with chanting liturgies; or they sit in meditation.” Fa-Hsien tells us the Indian people were happy and honest; capital punishment was unknown.

Christ said, “I and my father are one”, and you repeat it. Yet it has not helped mankind. For nineteen hundred years men have not understood that saying. They make Christ the savior of men. He is God and we are worms! Similarly in India. In every country, this sort of belief is the backbone of every sect. For thousands of years millions and millions all over the world have been taught to worship the Lord of the world, the Incarnations, the saviors  the prophets. They have been taught to consider themselves helpless, miserable creatures and to depend upon the mercy of some person or persons for salvation. There are no doubt many marvelous things in such beliefs.

According to Manusmriti,Descending Kali Yuga 700BC to 500 AD.Ascending Kali yuga started in AD 500 and ended in AD 1700.Kali Yuga or Iron age is only 1200 year duration in every cycle.Currently we are in Dwapara Yuga or Bronze age.

Vedas says that if you are living in locations where there is desert, snow, mountains or forest or drought or flood and no vegetation then eat meat according to vedic rituals. Where there is sufficient vegetation then there is no need of killing.Primitive men use to hunt but as we became civilized we learnt farming and also compassion for lower species. In present Dwapara Yuga,we practice Yajur Veda.In Kali Yuga we were practicing Atharva Veda.In the Kali Yuga, Bhakti Movement of Hinduism was establishment of Atharva Veda where salvation could be achieved by just chanting name of God and meditation was difficult for many people. Bhati Movement was not reformation of Hinduism. Quran,Guru Granth,Some of Vaishnava sect teachings and Bible is also Atharva Veda.In Treta Yuga we practice Rig Veda and in Satya Yuga(Golden Age),we practice Sama Veda.

Sects, ceremonies, and books, so far as they are the means of a man’s realizing his own nature, are all right; when he has realized that, he gives up everything. “I reject the Vedas!” is the last word of the Vedanta philosophy. Ritual, hymns, and scriptures, through which he has traveled to freedom, vanish for him. “So’ham, So’ham”– i am He, I am He and to say “Thou” to God is blasphemy, for he is “one with the Father”(Moksha/Nirvana).You do not have to die to obtain salvation.Whoever attains Moksha will realize he/she is the creator, preserver and the destroyer. Aham Brahmansmi,I am God,I am Brahman.Whoever you pray to did have a past life like you do and gradually attained Moksha.

The only useful thing is to dominate yourself. Dominating others or being dominated is useless, a wastage of your energy. Nothing is achieved through it — just an egoistic feeling that you can dominate or be dominated by someone.Black magic means using your energy, wasting it, in dominating others. White magic means using the same methods, but using your energy in dominating your own life, becoming a master of yourself.

The UPANISHADS have minutely classified every stage of spiritual advancement. A SIDDHA (“perfected being”) has progressed from the state of a JIVANMUKTA (“freed while living”) to that of a PARAMUKTA (“supremely free”-full power over death); the latter has completely escaped from the mayic thralldom and its reincarnational round. The PARAMUKTA therefore seldom returns to a physical body; if he does, he is an AVTAR/PROPHET/MESSENGER(FREE SOUL).

Father,Son,Holy Spirit(Christianity)
Pitra,Putra,Vishnu(Rig Veda)
Shiva,Brahma,Vishnu(Hinduism)
Supreme soul, consciousness,Aum
Tat,Sat,Aum(Hinduism)
Allah,Abraham,Ameen(Islam)
Shiva is Father( Absolute ) within and beyond vibratory creations.
Brahm or Brahma is the divine consciousness(Christ/Krishna consciousness)also called Abraham within vibratory creation.
Vishnu is the vibratory sound called Aum/OM heard during meditation. Also called Olmen/Ameen/Amen/Hum.It is the sound of Shiva/father within vibratory creations.
Allah is a sanskrit word meaning power(Shakti) of Shiva also has synonyms Kali,Durga,Sati etc and has many names in Hinduism and Islam.Power of the Brahma/divine consciousness is called Saraswati/Saraiswati/Sarah(knowledge) in Hinduism and Christianity.
Rama means the light within your heart.Rama Navami/Ramadan is celebration of this light.
Meditate and realize that Trimurti/Trinity/Prakriti is you.

All knowledge that the world has ever received comes from the mind; the infinite library of the universe is in our own mind or Manu.

 MANUSMRITI

Chapter 1

Verse 1

Manu means “in whom the mind resides as Brahma (the ultimate Self).” There are two kinds of mind: restless and tranquil. When the restless mind becomes tran quil, it is Brahma Kutastha (in Oneness with the ultimate Self).

Note:Brahma means divine consciousness or Kautastha Chaitanya

When the air of respiration of the Kriyanwita makes the mind one-pointed, he becomes steady in sitting, Steadfast sitting and deeper concentration eventually make the breath tranquil.

Note: Kriyanwita means those who does Kriya Yoga meditation.Gandhi was one such Kriya Yogi initialized by Parmahansa Yogananda.Kriya yoga was taught by Avtar Krisha and revived by Lahiri Mahasaya. The whole of Manu Samhita deals with Kriya Yoga meditation.

The state of Tranquil Breath is the form of the Lord.

Then he becomes powerful, bestowed with the controlling capacities over six subjects: birth, death, suffering, happiness, hunger and thirst.

To him who believes in the words of Guru and concentrates on the ultimate Self in between the eyebrows is revealed the Devatas in a twinkling of an eye: Namely, Brahma (the Creator), Ganesh (the god of success), Saraswati (the goddess of knowledge, music and rhythm), Jagadhatri (generator of the world) at the coccygeal center, Krisna and Radha at the sacral center, Rudra at the lumbar center, Iswara (God) at the dorsal center, Sadasiva at the cervical center and many other gods.

When the Kriyanwita places attention on the Devatas in between the eyebrows, reciprocally the Devatas look at the Kriyanwitas. The Devatas are pleased with whatever (that is, in the absence of mind) the Kriyanwitas offer them with open mind in worship and accept the offering. “Acceptance” is, in fact, by the ultimate Self through the Devatas, or gods. That is why the Devatas, or gods, become all-pervading. The gods reveal themselves to the Kriyanwita according to the nature of the offering to the ultimate Self at the After-effect-poise of Kriya meditation.

It is said Vachana (Va – “in the ethereal state,” cha – “palate,” na – “teeth”): this means the Breath between the teeth and soft palate is tranquil on the ethereal level, and gradually, by dissolving, reveals whatever is in the mind inside,

Maharishi Manu Temple in Manali

Verse 2

The powerful Lord Brahma(divine consciousness) is revealed to all classes(character) accordingly (Brahmana, Khatriya, Vaisya and Sudra) and one has to rise or fall in character/varna based on their own meditation:

Note: Manu gives full rights to each human being to change and rise in caste/character/varna but there is also scope of people falling down in varna/caste/character.The aim of Manu in Manusmriti is that everyone attains Sainthood. When the soul takes a body for the first time,it is raw. It’s called Shudra .It’s only through meditation, everyone rises in character till he becomes ego-less, desire-less and realizes the self as divine consciousness. It may take one life or more.If you rise to the spiritual level of say Kshatriya,in the next life you will be born in the same spiritual level. If you remain a raw soul for a long time, you will first become quarrelsome and eventually violent. All the violence in the world is because of lack of inner spirituality.Religion and hate doesn’t go together. If you hate, you are not following your religion. At times when, women, innocent people, nation and children are attacked by ignorant people,it becomes the inevitable duty of the kshatriya character to destroy the body and free the soul from doing bad karma. But this is done without hatred and under spiritual guidance.

1) He who knows  Brahma (the ultimate Self) is Brahmana.

2) He who practices Kriya abandoning the expectation for results thereof is Khatriya.

3) He who practices Kriya with the expectation for results thereof is Vaisya.

4) He who renders service to the above is Sudra.

The Sages requested the Master to tell them of the righteousness of the four classes and what ever gradually arises in between the classes.

Maharishi Manu Temple in Manali

Verse 3

You are alone.

You automatically have become all that is in the world. You have no scope to think about any place, even for your accommodation, for you are everywhere.

If you are no more, then the world is no more.

You are infinite.

You can know the cause of all, and you become the Perfect Being in meditation.

To understand it,read the link below. Advaita Vedanta can be practiced by strong people in any of the Yugas.

Practising Adwaita or Advaita Vedanta or Non Dualism or Brahman Dharma

Verse 4

The Master worshipped the Sages, that is, offered them to the Tranquil Mind, and replied, “Oh, Dear Sages, Hark!’

Verse 5

In the Kutastha(spiritual eye) there is something finer than darkness which cannot be known perfectly. It has no sign and cannot be known perfectly by logic. It cannot be known distinctly, as it were tranquilized in sleep perfectly [free of thoughts]: this is the After-effect-poise of Kriya which only can be known by the words of Guru personally (Gurubaktagamya).

Verse 6

Thereafter, the Power of the powerful, manifested Form who is becoming automatically and who is seen and not seen in Kutastha(spiritual eye) is incomprehensible by the intellect, which is dragged into five elements far from the atom of Brahma (the ultimate Self) or Divine consciousness.

Verse 7

What is said above is non-sensible due to its subtle character, and, therefore, not possible to express straightaway. It is all-pervading in all beings in the beginning and end. It is beyond the scope of the concepts of the heart. It is revealed automatically by the practice of Kriya.

Maharishi Manu Temple at Manali

Verse 8

Through meditation He created many beings in the body and Self which are seen during Kriya practice. He created the Seed inside Water, the black color, or Star, which is seen in the Kutastha(spiritual eye).

Verse 9

The egg-like gold becomes radiant like the sun, and from there, the supreme Being is produced who is the Father of all beings: Brahma(divine consciousness).

From Brahma is created the Void, from the Void is created Air and from Air is created all movable things, beings and states of vibrations. So, one name of Lord Siva is Sarba, meaning “all but Lord Siva Himself are movable and immovable.”

Verse 10

Water is called Nara. There is such a person, Water, i.e., Kutastha, whose form is like a man and not like a man. He is the supreme Being. He comes through the Kutastha(spiritual eye). When one enters through that Door, then the supreme Being is realized. He resides in the black color of Kutastha(spiritual eye). Hence, His name is Narayana, “remembrance,” or “understanding, or realizing oneself, spontaneously.”

Verse 11

This Cause (Kutastha/spiritual eye), unmanifested, eternal, real and unreal is in the ultimate Self who has created and is creating all these. People used to call him Brahma(Divine consciousness).

Verse 12

After one year, that supreme Being divided the egg with the golden color(divine consciousness) while meditating on the Self.

Verse 13

He created sky and earth out of the two outer parts of that egg. In between he created ether and the eight sides: east, south, west, north, southeast, southwest, northwest and northeast, and water, i.e., the causal substance, Brahina(divine consciousness) or the ultimate Self.

Maharishi Manu Temple at Manali

Verse 14

The mind comes out from the Self, and the mind becomes good and bad. The mind is that Self: “THAT I AM.” Such type of feeling generates in the heart,

Verse 15

The cosmic state of Consciousness becomes the threefold qualities in all beings. All objects start to be received by the five senses. The objects are form (sight), taste, smell, touch and sound. The senses are the eye, tongue, nose, skin and ear.

Verse 16

The subtle form of the five senses and the Self is tremendously powerful, e.g., whatever is desired can be done.

With the Eye, the Form of the formless – Kutastha, the Spot, etc. – is seen.

The Ear listens to the sound of the Soundless, i.e., the inner Sound, or OM.

When the Tongue is raised [ is, when Khecharimudra, or Talabya Kriya, is successfull, it receives the taste of Tasteless, i.e., the Tranquil Air like nectar is felt in the throat.

In the Nose automatically the smell of the Smell-less is felt of many things and flowers.

With the help of Tranquil Air, The Skin touches the Touch of Brahma, which is beyond the ability of touch.

Verse 17

The subtle bodies of the five senses and the ego, which are not seen, are in the subtle body of the Self.

The senses are the shelter. So its name can be said to be “body with the Self.” The wise call it “Source of mind.”

Verse 18

Thereafter individual beings start working according to their way.

Eternity makes the mind subtle with the help of cosmic Consciousness.

Verse 19

These seven are powerful from the Supreme Being: The five senses, cosmic Conscious ness and individual beings.

All these states manifest those subtle beings, five subtle vibrations and inner Sound, i.e., the physical body which is transitory but which comes out from eternal Self.

Verse 20

The quality of the sky is sound, which is in the air.

The quality of air is touch, which is in the fire and sound.

The quality of the fire is vision (form), which is in water, sound, touch, form and taste.

The quality of earth is smell in which are sound, touch, vision (sight), taste (fluid) and smell.

Ether is Brahma; there is no touch in ether, i.e., air is dissolved there and so there is no form (vision).

It is not possible to see form with the restless mind.

There is no taste in fire, i.e., there is no water in fire which is only fire by itself.

There is smell in water. There is nothing in earth, but everything is there in subtle form.

Therefore, when air enters the coccygeal center, then power is gained to produce all, i.e., in the physical body the seeker feels the distant form, juice, smeli, touch and sound.

Verse 21

The actions of all things are different according to their names, i.e., according to which sound they are known, or realized.

Everything according to the Veda, or Knowledge, is created according to different actions.

Verse 22

One becomes Devata, or god, by the practice of this Kriya. By the practice of this Kriya, when one attains the function of god, he gains understanding automatically by himself.

Being kind, one who has beome perfectly tranquil and who is living in life (Prana), is the Master who creates them [ and gods].

In the process, whatever results from there is very subtle, hence is not comprehensible. Jagya, or Kriya, is created as it has been continuously.

Maharishi Manu Temple at Manali

Verse 23

To realize the ultimate Self through the sound of OM, the science of Kriya, or Breath, is created.

In it accordingly are: Agni (the god of fire) in the east, Bayu (the god of air) in the south, Sun (the god of energy) in the west, Rajasa (the positive qualities), Sattva (the divine qualities), Tam asa (negative qualities) and Rik, Yaju and Sama (the three Vedas), i.e., creation, sustenance, and decaying. The gross body produced is three-and-a-half hands’ size in length.

Verse 24

[All these are created eventually:] Time, Brahma and part of time (as far as the speed of mind can move), the Star in the Kutastha, the nine statues, the moon, the sun, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, the rivers (the movement of air in all the veins), the sea (the four seas, or four Vedas), the mountains, up and down, land and whatever is seen.

Verse 25

These come into manifestation: Tapa (austerities), desire, speech, one-pointed mind, Rati (magnetic stone), universal Mind, iron (in which magnitism generates), attachment, anger, and power.

All these beings, who were before, are created.

Verse 26

He created all beings with sorrows and happiness to attain the Knowledge beyond desires by Kriya, the Understanding of Kriya and non-Kriya (Akriya). This is usually realized in Kriya.

Verse 27

All are created according to the rules: the ten senses, the half subtle parts of the five senses (Panchatanmatra) and the five elements.

Verse 28

He added the actions, incoming and outgoing, to the beings, and He created this action, again and again, which is in fact Inaction.

Verse 29

He entered Himself there as the atom in violence and non-violence, sweetness and anger, religion and non-religion, truth and untruth.

To think about the Self is good, and all actions are bad.

Verse 30

As all seasons reveal their own influences during the time of change of season, likewise the actions of embodied beings are revealed gradually.

Kriya practice gradually reveals inner Realization.

Verse 31

For development of the people, He creates mouth, arms, thighs, legs, Brahmana (saints), Khatriya (warrior), Vaisya (businessman) and Sudra (servant).Every person was given the divine consciousness to rise in caste/character.

Verse 32

That Brahma, or Self, divides His body, i.e., great ether, into two. Out of half of it is created the inner Being (Kutastha, black in color) and out of the other half is created light as nature (woman).

That part of Kutsatha creates universal Form.

Verse 33

That Great Being meditating at Tapaloka, or Trikuti (between the eyebrows), addressed the Sages to listen.

All of these Sages who, like Narada, are at once sanctified having been advised by the Guru and born twice and who are honest and great are created by Me (Manu, or the Mind).

Verse 34

The universal Mind creates all beings through the restless air of respiration, the ten Sages and the Creator.

Verse 35

In the Kutastha, the first ten Sages (Marich, Atri, Angirasa, Pulastya, Pulaha, Kratu, Pracheta, Vasistha, Bhrigu and Narada) are seen.

Verse 36

I, Manu, created the gods, those who are great-like-the-sky and the powerful Sages. The whole creation comes out of the Mind as thoughts.

Verse 38

Electricity, the moon, clouds, red rainbows, shooting stars, sounds like thunder, Mars, and small and big lights are created.

Verse 41

According to my instructions, those ten Sages created their action, meditation, and, according to the state of Yoga, animate and inanimate things.

Verse 42

One’s birth is in whichever status of action, or Kriya, one is.

Verse 50

In this world, from Creator to creeping plant, all are moving. The world is perfectly eternal and yet is always in change.

Verse 51

Thus, that Powerful, Unthinkable Brahma, or the ultimate Self, has created this world and myself and, transcending time perfectly, has been dissolved.

The example is the state of After-effect-poise of Kriya.

Verse 52

When this Self in the form of Devata, or god, considers worldly things to be unreal and only holds onto the Self through sincere Kriya practice, then automatically the sentiment “I am nothing, I have nothing” generates at the After-effect-poise of Kriya. Then the eyelids of all remain perfectly closed, i.e., nobody wants to open his eyes.

Verse 53

The feeling generates automatically to remain attuned at the state of Sainadhi. One who is practicing Kriya is a craving soul. One who is embodied is the individual self whose duty is to attain eternal Tranquility by the practice of Kriya through the senses.

Only then can the seeker attain inwardness, or restrainment. At that state, the mind never goes outward from one object to another, and the seeker feels to remain silent.

Verse 54

When the Yogi remains attuned in Samadhi, he is in Oneness with eternal Tranquility spontaneously

Then the selves of all beings, i.e., the selves of the five elements, being exclusively one- pointed, sleep in Happiness, i.e., sleep but in the conscious state, like a waking-dream state.

Verse 55

In that state of sleeping, nothing is seen with the senses, and the Kriyanwita remains attuned to the Above in the head without doing any work.

Verse 56

The individual being lives in the five elements like an atom as seed and in Samadhi. At tunement enters everywhere again, Leaving that attunement state, he reverts back to the previous state.

Verse 57

Thus, the seeker practices Kriya at the waking-dream state and attains Eternity.

Verse 58

He taught these Scriptures by Himself to me, and I taught other Sages too.

Verse 59

Thereafter, the powerful Manu created the following: the Creator (Brahma), the desireless state and desire, the power of inner Wisdom, Buddhi (intelligence), Chitta (heart), the power of vision and the Breath at the heart.

Sage Bhrigu has studied all these Scriptures. He will tell you.

Verse 64

The time length of blinking after the state of Samadhi is called Nimes, In other words, mind moves from one thought to another in that time length.

Eighteen such Nimes constitute a period called Kastha. In other words, mind can perform the whole operation by this period. Thirty Nimes constitute the period of Muhurta. In other words, during this period mind engages itself to function. Sixty such Kalas, day and night, at the coccygeal center perform fifteen times the functions of Rajasa Guna, at the sacral center, fifteen times the functions of Tamasa Guna. At the lumbar center, which remains half of the night in dark, fifteen times. At the dorsal center, the tranquil quality of actions are performed the fifteen times.

In other words, this is Rest.

This constitutes day and night from the human being.

Verse 65

The sun is at the navel. If the body is measured, the navel will be at the halfway point.

Therefore, the division of day and night starts from there. For man night is for sleeping and day is for the actions of positive (Rajasa) and negative (Tamasa) qualities,

In the daytime, revelations take place. Six months of the northern circle (Dakshinayana) is day and night for the gods.

Verse 66

Pitriloka is Kutastha [ area in between the eyebrows]. From the dorsal center to the place between the eyebrows is divided into two:

From the dorsal to the throat, the action is called dark fortnight (Krisna Paksha), meaning thereby that all actions are done by the god who is operating between the dorsal center and the throat, but it is seen and is not seen when it [ state of breath] remains in natural position.

And when action is done between the throat and Kutastha, it is called bright fortnight (Suklapaksha). When it is unconscious, it is night, a dream-state where the dreamer sees yet does not see.

Verse 67

One year (Dakshinayana) makes one day and night of the gods. For the Yogi, the north ern circuit is night and the southern circuit is day. When they remain attuned in Samadhi, it is their day. The day for the ordinary people is when they are attached to the things of illusion, which is the night for the Yogi. Proof is in the Gita, 2:69.

Verse 68

Both day and night for one who meditates on the ultimate Self (Brahma) become one. Twelve years make one Yuga (Union).

In these twelve years, gradually, he understands perfectly: He remains twelve years at the Kutastha, then twelve years in the Spinal Cord, and then in the next twelve years, he dissolves in the Self.

Verse 69

Satyayuga contains 4,000 godly years. That is, up to 4,000 times of attaining Samadhi, or Attunement, is Satyayuga.

Together the last step of Kaliyuga and the first step of Satyayuga constitute the concept of intellect, which is called Sandhya, or “Union.”

Three steps of Samadhi, or Attunement, and its parts and they remain attuned in the state of Samadhi.

For example, the four Danda constitute Kaliyuga. It can produce one Danda of Satyayuga. Then three Danda of Satyayuga constitute Samadhi, or Attunement.

Thereafter, its vibration of addiction continues one Danda more, which is also the duration of the pure state of Vibration.

Therefore, the previous three Danda and one subsequent Danda make four Dandas of Satyayuga.

Verse 70

The Sandhya [ transitory period] of Union in the Treta, Dwapara and Kali Yugas is like in the Satyayuga but has 1,000 and 100 times less in each of these Yugas as compared to Satyayuga.

The Sandhyangsa [a fraction of a Union period] in Kaliyuga is composed of 100 times, There are 400 times in Satyayuga. This makes 500.

So, in Kaliyuga inner Realization is achieved sooner.

Lord Shiva

Verse 71

12,000 of such Yugas make up one Yuga of the gods. 12,000 times of Samadhi, or Attunement, make the seeker a god.

Verse 72

One thousand godly Yugas make one Day of Brahma (the ultimate Self), and one thousand godly Yugas make one Night.

Verse 73

The end of that one thousand godly Yugas is the Day of Brahma; similar is the Night.

The Day of Brahma is felt there. Without the Day, how can the Night be known?

Verse 74

At the end of Day and Night is part of Union, which is perfectly tranquil. Samadhi, or Attunement, which state is beyond ordinary intellect, is called “supra-intellect” or “transcendent intellect.” That transcendent intellect is Brahma, or the ultimate Self.

When by His desire the attunement is over, then again creation, i.e., the Day (what is Night for the gods) starts.

That Brahma, or ultimate Self, becomes Sat (Being) and Asat (Non-being), and the individuals are in being and non-being. For that reason, the inner Self (Kutastha) becomes being and non-being.

Thus creation is completed.

Verse 75

The Holy Day of Brahma, or the ultimate Self, meaning thereby the atom of action with the attachment to the results that is revealed in the Day, automatically is being created.

After the realization of the ultimate Self, all appears as Sky.

Therefore, the Sky is created first, the sound or quality of which is not felt. Only the Yogi hears by the quality of sound when somebody says something from a distance.

Verse 76

After the Sky is created, its quality (its sound which is concentrated forcefully) is knocked.

Gandha means “smell” (ga means “sound at the throat”). Smell cannot be seen by the eyes, but air brings it to the nose. That smell remains wet, (mixed with wet and dry). That wet smell is dried by the air and becomes pleasing to the mind. This is called “purity.” The smell being knocked by the air touches Brahma, or the Self. Then smell is felt, i.e., being dissolved, it be comes tranquil.

Verse 77

By the practice of Kriya the seeker gets one “light” which is not darkness and not light. Thereafter, another light is generated which reveals every form, or manifestation.

Verse 78

Seeing forms or visions, the mind becomes tranquil and feels taste when it is wet from water. Earth, which has the quality of smell, is felt.

Therefore, in the body of Yogis fine smells and [ distant smells can be felt.

Verse 79

If 12,000 Yugas of gods are multiplied by seventy one, then one Manwantar (one new mind) is produced. 852,000 years make one Manwantar. This is external.

About 24,000 times Pranayam makes Samadhi, or Attunement. Thirty-six Samadhis, or Attunements, make one new mind, or Manwantar.

This happens to those Kriya practitioners who practice: 852,000 / 36 = 23,666 and 2/3.

Those who are good Kriya practitioners breathe once every hour.

In twenty-four hours, 21,736 breaths take place.

Yuga means rajasika (positive) and tamasika (negative).

When both become one (flow in the Spinal Cord) when in 24 hours 2,000 breaths are used to blowing in a natural course, then one godly Yuga is held.

Thus by six days 12,000 godly Yugas are held.

In the physical body, there are seventy-two main nerves, and air blows violently in these nerves excepting those of the Spinal Cord (Bra hmanari), which makes the number seventy-one.

6 x 71 = 426 days / 30 1 year, 2 months and 6 days: which makes a new mind for the Yogi. This is internal.

426 x 2,000 = 852,000. That is, if the breath blows 2,000 times regularly by 426 days, then it blows 852,000 times.

When such breaths blow, then the mind is transformed for the Yogi. This is internal.

Verse 80

There are many minds in this created world. Brahma, or the ultimate Self, is creating and dissolving, like a play, as if one boy while going along on the path, saw some clay, took some of it and put it in a pot. He does this again and again, having no intention to play. Suddenly, it comes to his mind and he starts this play.

Brahma, or the Self, is playing again and again with creation and dissolution, like a play without any desire.

Verse 81

Religion is divided into four steps:

1. Raising the tongue

2. Crossing of knot of the dorsal center

3. Crossing of knot of the navel

4. Crossing of knot of the coccygeal center

These are the four steps of religion.

Sakala: (Sa is the sound of sa; ka is “head”; la is “the force of Brahma, or the ultimate Self’) means Kriya, which reveals the Truth, Kutastha Brahma, the ultimate Self.

Thereafter, everything becomes just One, then Tranquility and lastly, Samadhi, or Attune ment. At that time, the mind merges into the Mind.

These four steps of Truth are felt as Brahma, or the ultimate Self. In non-religion (Adharma), Tranquility never generates, and this is seen by the Purusa, or the expert seer of Kutastha.

Verse 82

Tranquility and Kriya also stealing and illusion are one step less [ each successive Yuga].

Verse 83

Tranquility and fulfillment, the four hundred years of longevity – all these become one hundred years less in successive Yugas.

Verse 84

The four Vedas on the four sides are: Rik, Yaju, Sama and Atharva. That is, the first Pranayam is in the east, and meditation is in the west, i.e., in the Spine. Omkar Kriyas make the union of the south, north and all sides.

If Kriya is practiced in the world according to the Vedic rules, then in all Yugas longevity would be four hundred years.

Treta, that is, Kriya practice only in the Spine, can provide three hundred years longevity.

Martanang is in this world. Asischaiba Karinanang is receiving longevity according to one’s results of action. Pravaba is perfectly tranquil.

Proof is found in the Gita:

“Lord Siva, the Self, is He who is embodied in the Tranquility of Ida, Pin gala and Susumna,

i.e., the Spinal Cord, or Saririnam.”

Verse 85

Religion is Kriya.

It is being reduced gradually during Satya, Treta, Dwapara and Kali Yugas, i.e, Bijnana Pada, or Tranquility is less than Samadhi, or Attunement. Jnana, or Knowledge, is less than inner Realization. Kriya, or practice, is less than Realization.

Verse 86

Satya Yuga is to hold onto the Kutastha, or inner Self, Treta is to see the Kutastha. Dwa para is to generate Happiness through Kriya practice, and Kali Yuga is to initiate into Kriya.

Verse 87

The secret religion of all religions is the great radiant Kutastha(spiritual eye), the inner Self, who creates the separate functions of mouth, arms, thighs and legs respectively.

Saint (Brahmanas) are created from the mouth, warriors (Khatriya) from the arms, tradesmen and farmers (Vaisya) from the thighs, and the servant class (Sudra) from the legs. You build your own character/caste by reaching the level of spirituality by practicing kriya.

Verse 88

Kutastha creates the following functions for the Brahmana: To study and cause others to study, to advise, to practice Kriya and to perform Jagya and cause others to perform, to practice Kriya and to receive Happiness and cause others to practice Kriya. One should practice Kriya to generate sincerity, one should donate, that is, give Kriya [ into Kriyaj and one should realize through Kriya practice.

Verse 89

All these functions are meant for Khatriyas: Protection of the senses, donation of Kriya, that which can be given after the tongue is raised, the feeling of Bliss after Kriya, holding (the attention) on the Self after dissolving the intellect, practicing religion with attachment to results thereof, i.e., practicing Kriya with restlessness which amounts to non-practicing of Kriya.

Verse 90

The functions of craving seekers, or Vaisya, are as follows: To protect those who do not practice Kriya and to create an environment for them so that they can always listen to the glories of the Self and thereby be lead to one honest way, to donate for these arrangements with attachment to the results, to hear name and fame and to be enthusiastic about these activities.

Verse 91

The only function of the servant class is to serve these three classes and to inspire them so that they might not feel disturbance in practicing Kriya.

Verse 92

From the coccygeal center to the sacral center is impure, from the sacral center to the lumbar center is pure, from the lumbar center to the above is more pure, and in the mouth is the purest. This is told by Lord Siva.

Verse 93

The best organ is the mouth. At the state of Attunement, Brahmana becomes the supreme Person through the mouth by Kriya practice.

Verse 94

The supreme Being reveals from the mouth. By His desires, all – gods and Kutastha – dissolve in Samadhi, or in the state of highest Concentration.

Verse 95

Brahmana eats through the mouth. Nothing remains except Brahma, or the ultimate Self. He is formless, Brahma. When attunement in Oneness (Samadhi) is achieved, even the inner Self (Kutastha) is dissolved. What else is required?

Verse 96

Among the five elements, the living being is great. Among the living beings, the intelligent being is great. Among the intelligent, being is great. Among intelligent beings, man is great. Among men, the Brahmana is great.

One who practices Pranayam in the east and then in the west and later Omkar Kriyas gradually becomes the seer (who sees the supreme Being in the inner Self, Kutastha). These are increasingly great.

Verse 97

Whoever sees the supreme Being is great. Greater is he who knows the supreme Being, that is, who has attained Realization, Greater than him is he whose intellect is poised in inner Wisdom where the eyes become tranquil.

Greater than this is the subject (Karta). Whatever he desires is done. Greater than him is he who knows the ultimate Self (Brahma), for then he becomes [ who goes] beyond the doer (Akarta).

Verse 98

Having known the ultimate Self (Brahma), the seeker who remains always in the Atom of the ultimate Self, being the seer, sees all inner beatific Visions in Kriya practice. Then, he imagines himself to be in Oneness with the ultimate Self (Brahma).

Verse 99

Thus, the feeling of being with the ultimate Self is generated, but the mind wants to remain with individuals and the world.

Iswara (God) keeps secret the inner Realization from all beings in His own hand. He holds the power of inner Realization.

Verse 100

All belongs to Brahma, the supreme Being (Uttam Purusa).

Whatever has come into motion in this world, among them great things, belongs to Bra hma. Whoever lives in the supreme Being is great. All these belong to him.

Verse 101

All things are from the inner Self (Brahmamoy). The inner Self is enjoying them. The Self is giving to the Self for the Self. All are for the Self. Therefore, there is no violence. Brahma has no egoistic sentiment such as “I am enjoying them” other than as the Lord Himself enjoying them.

Verse 102

His action is in the context of Kriya, in other words to unify the positive (rajasa) and negative (tamasa) into one, So the self-caused Manu has made this Scripture and revealed these Kriyas.

Verse 103

Only one who has seen the inner Self (Kutastha) and not others is qualified to practice this Kriya path.

Advise the disciples clearly, but do not advise the others.

Verse 104

If the seer of the inner Self (Kutastha) practices Kriya sincerely with body, speech and mind, then he is not affected by defective practice.

Verse 105

Through the practice of this Kriya by the Kriyanwita, seven generations of ancestors and seven generations of descendants become liberated.

Verse 106

By the practice of Kriya, one attains Peace, intelligence, name and fame, longevity and Samadhi, or Attunement.

Verse 107

In this Kriya, just one Kriya is told: to hold onto the ultimate Self (Brahma) is good and not to hold onto Him is a defect.

The four classes have specified conduct:

The Brahmana is to hold onto the inner Self (Kutastha).

The Khatriya is to practice Kriya abandoning expectations for results.

The Vaisya is to practice Kriya with the expectations for results of Kriya practice.

The Sudra is to serve all other classes without any discrimination and also try his level best to rise in caste/character.

Verse 108

The duty of a Brahmana is first to practice religion, that is, to practice Kriya, specially listening to the sound of OM, and remembering, or seeing [inner Self].

For that reason he must be in tune by the practice of Kriya and hold onto the ultimate Self eternally.

Verse 109

Conduct means to hold onto the ultimate Self. Whoever is away from this Self and wants to realize the Self (as a matter of fact, when the enlightened soul is away from the Self, he becomes like an ordinary person) attains inner Realization by the Veda,

That is, he does not enjoy whatever is realized from the speed of Breath of the four sides of the physical body or the fruits [ powers] of the Veda but rather keeps himself restrained, at the After-effect-poise of Kriya. He generates the feeling, “I am nothing, and I have nothing. The whole world is the ultimate Self.” Such is the type of fruits he attains.

Verse 110

Having seen such things in Kriya, the main work of the Sages (Munis) whose minds are dissolved in the ultimate Self (Brahma) is to practice Kriya. Their movements, or conduct and meditation (Tapasya) is to fix attention on the inner Self (Kutastha), and this is called conduct. They have accepted this conduct considering it the best.

Verse 111

Creating the world perfectly by the practice of Kriya, the intellect becomes perfectly dissolved [ poised in inner Wisdom].

Thereafter, practicing Kriyas in large numbers is like taking a bath between the eyebrows (Trikuti, or Tribeni) and remaining in Wisdom.

Verse 112

Intelligently staying with the wife (the speed of the Kriya on the left side of the body of the seeker) and sitting perfectly, the seeker should practice Omkar Kriyas (Mahajnana) every day with reverence.

Verse 113

Whichever way the mind goes should be watched. When the movement of the four sides of the Veda is noticed, then it is one bath, i.e., being satisfied.

At that time, all things become pure irrespective of purity and impurity, eatable and non- eatable (prohibited food).

Verse 114

Then the seeker, practicing Kriyas with the Tranquil Breath on the supreme Nature and putting insight into the inner Self (Kutastha), dissolves individuality, i.e., becomes liberated.

As a result there is no desire.

Then, a religion, Rajayoga, is produced, and he does all and yet does nothing, It should be experienced through practice. Otherwise, one cannot understand.

As an example, Sage Durbasa eats only durba grass, yet he eats all, or Lord Krisna, who married thousands of ladies, still calls himself a celibate (Brahmachari).

Verse 115

Then the seeker sees solutions to problems. That is, whenever he opens his eyes, he understands the feeling of the mind. The woman sees the nature (Swabhab) of man: the seeker can understand the different divisions of Kriyas. He can understand the tricks and the causes of suffering. Also, it means to overcome.

Verse 116

The seeker can understand the misconduct of businessmen (Vaisya) and the servant class (Sudra). This appears easily in the mind, and he can know the obstructions to religion and its remedies.

Verse117

The manifestation in this world is covered by three qualities: negative, positive and tranquil, or Ida, Pingala and Susumna (Spinal Cord). Thereby, the movement is continuing as birth and death, and judgment is passed accordingly as to whether liberation is to be awarded or not.

Verse 118

The Sage Manu has described the nature of action and how one can attain the Religion of all religions, the Religion of Kula Kundalini, the eternal Religion.

Whoever keeps the attention of the mind away from the ultimate Self (Brahma), in this or that way, is called “stupid.”

Whoever has realized all this by Kriya practice is described here.

This is the end of the First Chapter of Manusanghita as told by Bhrigumuni.

Lord Shiva-The Infinite

Shiva-The infinite

This is a translation of Swami Vivekananda’s Sanskrit hymn to Shiva, reproduced from his Complete Works 4: 501-04.

Salutation to Shiva! whose glory
Is immeasurable, who resembles sky
In clearness, to whom are attributed
The phenomena of all creation,
The preservation and dissolution
Of the universe! May the devotion,
The burning devotion of this my life
Attach itself to Him, to Shiva, who,
While being Lord of all, transcends Himself.

In whom Lordship is ever established,
Who causes annihilation of delusion,
Whose most surpassing love, made manifest,
Has crowned Him with a name above all names,
The name of “Mahadeva”, the Great God!
Whose warm embrace, of Love personified,
Displays, within the heart, that all power
Is but a semblance and a passing show.

In which the tempest of the whole past blows,
Past Samskaras, stirring the energies
With violence, like water lashed to waves;
In which the dual consciousness of “I” and “Thou”
Plays on: I salute that mind unstable,
Centered in Shiva, the abode of calm!

Where the ideas of parent and produced,
Purified thoughts and endless varied forms,
Merge in the Real one; where the existence ends
Of such conceptions as “within”, “without”–
The wind of modification being stilled–
That Hara I worship, the suppression
Of movements of the mind. Shiva I hail!

The Lord in his aspect as Shiva

Shiva is the name given to God in the last aspect of His threefold nature (Creator-Preserver-Destroyer). Shiva, the Annihilator of maya or delusion, is symbolically represented in the scriptures as the Lord of Renunciates, the King of Yogis. In Hindu art He is always shown with the new moon in His hair, and wearing a garland of hooded snakes, ancient emblem of evil overcome and perfect wisdom. The “single” eye of omniscience is open on His forehead. The bull or Nandi sits opposite him denoting the constellation Taurus.Even if the scipture is distroyed, the Hindu art gives minute detail in the form of images.

Om Namah Shivaya (Panchakshara Mantra)

Om Namah Shivaya (Panchakshara Mantra, five syllables) is a most potent and popular mantra, which is at the heart of the Vedas and Tantra, and is widely used in this and other variations in the Himalayan tradition, as well as by others. While there are other descriptions of the mantra, the following focuses on meanings for mantra meditation leading to Self-Realization.

OM/AUM: The three parts of Om (A-U-M) encompass the three states of waking, dreaming, deep sleep, the three levels of gross, subtle, causal, and the three levels of conscious, unconscious, subconscious, as well as the three universal processes of coming, being, and going. Absolute silence beyond the three levels is the silence after AUM. It also refers to Tripura, the one who live in the “three cities” as in Mahamrityunjaya Mantra, as well as the light referred to in Gayatri Mantra.

Namah/Namaha: Adoration, homage, respect. Nothing is mine (as an individual person); everything is thine (as the Absolute Reality). The three levels of Om, the three worlds of gross, subtle, and causal, along with the three states of waking, dreaming, and deep sleep states of consciousness, as well as the three levels of conscious, unconscious, and subconscious themselves are “not mine” as the true properties of who I really am. Truly, “nothing is mine.” Rather, everything, all of these triads is “thine” or the “other” as the Absolute Reality.

Shivaya/Shiva: That Absolute Reality that is the ground out of which the others emerge. It is that “ink,” so to speak, that is not separate from the many forms which may appear to manifest or be created from that ink. In the Realization of this, one comes to see that he or she is one and the same with the Absolute Reality. The Mahavakyas, the great utterances, are seen to be true. Shiva (the static or ground) and Shakti (the active or creative) are seen to be one and the same. She (Shakti), while one with Shiva is realized in direct experience as the one in the three worlds (Tripura) outlined in Om.

The Five Sacred Syllables: The Om Namah Shivaya mantra has five syllables: na-mah-shi-va-ya (sometimes called six syllable mantra by including Om). Thus, Om Namah Shivaya mantra is called five-syllable mantra, or Panchakshara Mantra (panch means five). Among other things, these five represent the five elements of earth, water, fire, air, and space. Thus, the Om Namah Shivaya mantra leads awareness in the reverse order from manifestation back to the source from which manifestation arose

Shiva,Brahma,Vishnu
Tat,Sat,Aum
Shiva is the Father( Absolute )
Brahma is the divine consciousness(Christ consciousness,Krishna consciousness)
Vishnu is the vibratory sound called Aum heard during meditation.
The three together is called Trinity or Trimurti or the one Supreme.

During meditation the holy sound of Aum resonates in our body, our consciousness gradually become divine
